I called ask for the installer his name is Jake the owner fired him he did the greatest install on my truck the arnesto the owner of the shop needs to bring him back to work. Bring Jake back to the shop!!!!!

They installed my system and messed up something from my car, and they don't want to fix it. Don't recommend it.

Kind of disappointed went in for mids and highs with my own gear had everything for them they got it wired up took a couple tries to get what I had asked for but got it done then I started looking at everything. They kept the rest of my amp kit only used the power and ground, used Home Depot house wire as a speaker wire, cut my factory plugs, mounted crossover in door were moisture can get to it only crimped the wires so it was exposed to said moisture. That was the first time then I went back because I had problems with my tweeters I asked them if they could fix it they said they could I thought they’ll wire down my speakers because I had added two more but instead they remove my added speakers and turn down the amp to basically nothing to where the stock system sounded better.Instead of unscrewing them from the amp they just cut the speaker wire at the amp. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I wouldn’t trust them if your going with a custom setup. If you just want plug n play go ahead but I would recheck their work. That work was no where near to 95$ an hr but I guess it’s just business.

Things didn't go as we hoped so I went back in very frustrated the owner and the manager both did everything they could do to make things right. In the end I left very happy. Thank you professional car audio for standing behind you work and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Took my car there for a simple install, had all the equipment ready, 1st they didnt anchor the box next the amp stopped working because the hotwire installation was done improperly, took it back they repaired it ! Than a few days later my amp shut off , once again i opened the trunk to see hotwire disconnected .....TRUST ME THEIR FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB AT HOME YOURSELF! I fixed it myself no more problems

I go in for interlock related stuff. They are always friendly and quick to get the job processed thru. Its been about 18 months and never an issue.

I had an aftermarket Satellite radio installed that I received from Serius. Although it was aftermarket these guys were able to install it so it didn't truly appear that way. The install was clean with minimal amounts of wiring exposed. I was very satisfied that they were able to do a clean install as I asked. They made a custom bracket for the docking station and mounted it up tight against the dash like I asked. Over all it was a professional installation just as their company name says. Well done. I'll use them again if I have anything else that needs to be done.
