I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. I come here regularly at least 3-4 times a year and every experience has been great. The staff is always helpful, the store is always clean and the ac is always on.
Customer service is great! Make sure to make sure you know who is helping you they get a commission which is great. Selection is pretty simple. Only thing is , if you only see a select sizes on the floor grab it ... Because most likely they won't have it in the back.

My husband needed new jeans and I suggested going to the Levi's Outlet Store in Tanger Outlet Mall located in Texas City. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding the correct sizes and style of jeans that we were looking for. They were on sale for a great price. I highly recommend visiting their store if you are looking for a large selection of styles to choose from.
They have mind readers there. I had a sample pant to find the same in the store, the attendant without looking just told me they didn't have what I was looking for. I keep looking around and I find the number 569 on the wall with the shelves full on those pants, then we cal the attendant and he wasn't to embarrassed, he sad my mistake but... I interrupt him and I said, now you are going to tell me you don't have the size without looking at it, right??!!. And he say, don't keep saying that.
Visited today to buy jeans for my husband. Staff was very helpful and they're doing a good job keeping track of incoming guests as well as upholding safety guidelines. They're also cleaning fitting rooms right after you use them so that's nice.

Young lady worker there ordered me the wrong pants online, I specified I wanted the flex jeans and double checked with her before I placed my order. As I suspected she ordered the wrong jeans . I came in a week later to return , all the workers walked out and locked the doors 2 hours before closing time. When questioned why they were closing she just said "because we're closed thats why" .
We shop at Tanger from time to time. Received these coupons and looked at some shorts. On the back it includes participating stores, which included Levi's. The shorts were on sale and we wanted to use this coupon which includes regular price and sale items. Excludes clearence. They walkied the manager to use it and told us that we couldn't. The manager didn't even have the audacity to talk to us. Apparently they have the "right" to pick and choose when to use them. They didn't have a sign anywhere in the store, not even near the register that said they don't take the coupons. FALSE ADVERTISING. KNOW YOUR JOB MANAGERS. From one manager to another.
You have employees that do not know how to interact with customers. Had three pants that I wanted to purchase. Decided to take my hard earn money elsewhere.
