This place brings in a great vibe every time! I love their products, sales and the workers are always present and give off great customer service! Definitely a good place to go for some nice merchandise and friendly faces!

While the store itself is great, the store manager was having a team meeting at the front of store while there were customers present. He was talking to them about their write ups and was very rude when confronted about how this was bad form. Customers were not greeted and there were 20 people inside store. The general manager needs to have meetings before open, after closing or individually. I’m not trying to be a “Karen” but one must be empathetic to their employees to prevent embarrassment and for customers to not feel imposing or that they should not be in store shopping. This was not the greatest representation of the company.

This place always has awesome discounts on shoes and clothes! They got Cardi B, Alan Iverson, Shaq, a variety of Reebok Pumps, and other classic style shoes at some pretty ridiculously good deals. Also, every time I've walked in, it's a friendly atmosphere, no pushy salesman, and still felt like I got personalized service. A shout out to Mr. Tristen, Mr. Jorge and the whole team who are always super helpful.

It was insane well taken care of it’s my first time coming to the tanger outlets and Reebok was the first store I visited and the management was extremely amazing 10/10 store will be coming back

What's the deal that this store can't carry anything in a men's 8.5 size? I saw five different shoes that I would have snapped up if only they had a wider variety of sizes.

Normally we've always had a welcome feeling here. It's my understanding that Management has changed recently. Tonight we walked in, not one single employee greeted us. We checked the back wall to see if there was anything we were interested in for my toddler and not one single employee offered to assist us, we walked out and not one single employee said anything still! The worst customer service experience!!

If I have to rate by shoes it would be a 5. But the sales are always confusing so I walk in with a sign that says buy one get one for 10 bucks so we are looking and we found 2 pairs we go to the register and they say that the sale is not clearanced items. 90% of the store is on clearance. It does say kn the sign some restrictions apply but doesn't list them. So we wasted 45 min looking for shoes that we didn't even get after all that's why I only gave 3 stars. Sometimes they do have really great deals but not lately.

This Reebok has some of the best deals for quality clothing that I have yet to find. They also have the most friendly retail staff that I have ever seen. I've been in multiple times with different staff members there and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcome!

2 for 1 special Easter Weekend. Hate shopping for shoes. Usually make my mother do it for me. Yes, she is old and I should know better. Easy and helpfull environment. The young man demonstrated ownership in his business. Appreciated the experience and sale.
