I spoke with an online sales rep and they were of no help in getting my order completed. I needed my chairs sooner than what the website stated and she told me there was nothing she could do. Then I spoke with Joshua at the Stow location and he was able to help me not only order, but get a promo discount, shipped in a timely manner and did it all while be courteous and knowledgeable. He was actually working the mattress only store as a sales rep and was still able to help me with my order of dining room chairs. This is the kind of service I look for as a customer and the only reason I would purchase from Levin again. Next time I need furniture, which will be bar stools in the near future, I will order again from the Stow location from Joshua.
Levin in Stow is great. Very helpful staff, no pressure. He explained all of our choices, where things are made, how they are made, it made our mattress shopping so much easier. Quick delivery too. I highly recommend this store in Stow.

My sales associate was professional, honest and totally sincere. The store was clean and inviting. A totally positive experience! I bought a Sealy mattress which I have had in the past and they quoted me a fantastic price. I will only deal with Levin because they carry the top Sealy mattress. Other stores do not carry the top Sealy. Thank you for being the best! Josh my associate not only made me feel welcome and at ease but showed so much knowledge in the product! Great job! I am a repeat customer of Sealy but he reinforced the quality!

Branden was very knowledgeable & helpful with choosing the right mattress for me and the adjustable base. Other companies wanted to charge for delivery & set up but with Levin it was free. Add the excellent warrantee available and the price matching offered and I felt that this was the best place to buy.
Very nice experience. The salesman was knowledgeable provided excellent customer service and the prices were great. I have purchased several items in past years and still have the furniture. Great quality products
