Great store and great staff. Randy was super helpful and one of the most knowledgeable salespeople i have dealt with, especially in this industry. He made everything as easy as possible and i didn’t have to lift a finger. Truly cares and takes care of his customers. I would recommend anybody to go see randy to get the best price and quickest/easiest delivery/installation. Not many people take the time to write a good review, only bad ones. He and Levitz corporate made that good of an impression on me.

I purchased a mattress at the Cedar Hill location and had a very pleasant experience. I must especially commend Chad for his tremendous assistance in helping me exchange my mattress for a different one. And he wasn't even the salesman that sold me the mattress. There was some miscommunication on my mattress exchange and after four visits to the store and several calls to Corporate I wasn't getting anywhere. Chad was at the store on my 5th time there and he got it resolved for me. He called the district manager while I was there and got it resolved. I've been waiting now for over a week and hadn't heard anything about my new mattress being delivered. I called Chad and he scheduled it to be delivered tomorrow. Chad definitely went above in customer care in his assisting me. I would like to also recognize Jeffrey the District Manager. Nothing could have been without his assistance. He even called my home and gave me an update on the process. I can't say enough good about both these gentlemen.

Went shopping for a mattress and chose to visit the Levitz mattress showroom and was warmly greeted by Dave. He led us thru the pressure point check and led us to the first of several mattresses that we tried. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, but is always nice to try different options. I did purchase a mattress today and part of the reason was the pleasant nature and conversational manner of Dave. I had a great experience at the Levitz mattress showroom and I recommend going there, especially if your looking for a Tempurpedic mattress

At first was very pleased with sales person Andrey but after purchased king size bed with split mattresses and special frames for mattresses we only received half the order and have been waiting for over a month for the completion as we were told from first week after week that we would receive it real soon! I am so upset and if I could give them zero stars I would! By the way shipping is done by Ashley's home furnishings and they dropped the ball with customer service! You try calling and get voice recording with extended period of waiting. Don't buy from either unless you want to wait one and half months or more for entire order. Shaking my head!

Randy did a great job helping me find a mattress for my son. He was thorough, attentive, and didn’t try to pressure me too much into buying something that wasn’t necessary. I really wish Levitz was there two years ago when I purchased my own bed. I will definitely be back visiting with Randy the next time I need anything.

Ordered a mattress a few weeks ago on Friday evening, was told it would arrive by the next Tuesday in time for our house guest. The mattress was in stock in Grand Prairie, we just didn't have a vehicle to pick it up. Tuesday came and went without the delivery. Called up Levitz/Ashley and was told the mattress was in stock but the box springs wasn't, and they couldn't deliver just one. And was told it would be two weeks before delivery. We waited the two weeks, guess what! No delivery! Called back and was told it would be two more weeks. Cancelled the order, we're gonna go with another company. 7-10 day delay on a refund. Beware a sales person telling you a delivery date. They either don't have real info or are lying for the sale. Edit: When we called to cancel the customer care person on the phone told me the order was cancelled. It was actually not cancelled. Found out by getting an invoice with an updated delivery date. Called back again and got it cancelled a second time. Still waiting for the refund.

My first connection with Levitz was with Larry Long, in Plano, who helped me find the right match for me. We actually went back and forth several times. My husband suggested that I first go try it so I went the Cedar Hill store after I had spoken with Chuck. Chuck was wonderful and showed me all other options but loke Larry had mentioned to me, the Fort Worth was my best option for my budget. I needed my matress delivered ASAP and ended up buying it through him. While there, i dropped my phone and throught I lost the phone pen for it. We spent a long time trying to look for it He called me the next day to see if i had found ... which I had, but forgot to call him. That's what I call excellent service. I highly recommend Levitz store for their locallly made products and for hiring such wonderful sales reps..
