Dr.Boose is an AMAZING doctor! he really took the time to educate me on what I was wondering about , answered all my questions, making sure I was okay, and I really felt like he actually cared about my health. 10/10 would recommend him! amazing doctor and I really hope he sees this! being a doctor is definitely his calling!
Dr Zobel is by far the best doctor Ive had. Her staff is very professional. I don't like doctors at all but I would recomend her for anybody, especially ones with a fear of doctors.
I couldn't ask for a better doctor! Dr. Strickland is the absolute best. He has helped me so much, I can't even put into words! I highly recommend him! He is a doctor who I firmly believe truly cares for his patients
The doctor is great at this location but the women working the front desk need to learn urgency and customer service. She is the worst person i have ever dealt with when it comes to actually getting things taken care. I had to call 5 times just to have my sons shot records printed by the time they finally said they would do it, i was informed i could pick them up at the front desk. When i got to the office 2 hours later they records were still not printed and i then jad to wait another hour for the nurse to get out of appointments to print a piece of paper. Seriously! Get it together and actually assist your patients
Very clean facility. Most staff members were nice. The facility was very unbusy yet it took exactly 2 hours from start to finish to be seen. Dr Bailey was very educated and attentive. I'll be a repeat patient based on his willingness to listen and offer resolutions. With that said, I hope the office gets more organized or they take a look at how to be more time effecient. It should not take 2 hours to be seen with multiple doctors working and only 2 patients checked in.
This was my first visit at Lexington Occupational Health and my visit for an evaluation of an injury on the job. Waiting time in the lobby after completing paperwork, was approximately 10 minutes. Once was I was placed in an exam room and my vitals were taken, I was consulted by a LPN. I was impressed with the thorough review of my injury. My injury is unique in that I believe she consulted with an on staff M.D. before giving me the diagnosis and recommended treatment. The staff did not complete one area of concern; a mandate given by my employer.
I love my Doctor here, Dr. Zobel is awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional!
