If I could give this company negative zero stars I would. I hope things worked out for everyone who wrote a review in the pass but we fell in the trap of this company believing we working directly with Verizon. Nate and two other gentlemen came to our door to sell us on a Verizon package like none we had seen before. I made it very clear of the issues we have had in the past with Verizon but Nate ensured this would not be the case go round. He asked what channels we watch and I made it clear we love sports. I even went as far as to call my husband on three way to ensure we were getting channels we needed, nba tv being one. He reassured me that we would have all the channels we need including nba tv. He advertised the first bill would be due in 30 days and a locked in payment for 4 years because Verizon has this amazing deal. Like a fool I decided to give Verizon another chance. We signed up with Nate and all of a sudden the man that came to our door ready to help and make sure all of our questions are answered has become difficult to reach. That nba tv guaranteed we would have, not there. That bill he claims would come in 30 days, dropped a day after installation. Best part, I’m asking for Verizon’s corporate number as he has lied at every turn, but in fact he works for liberty consulting NOT Verizon. A little fact he failed to mention. Now I will have to reach out to the real Verizon and send them screenshots of all the texts and conversation that was had and see what they will do. For those out there reading this, know that’s false advertisement is a crime in NYC. If this has happened to you, you don’t need to be a victim.

Great guy. Think it was Nate - helped me with the water and set me up good! Wonderful customer service, I could tell he genuinely cared about what he was doing and making sure that I was set up.
I got help with setting up my water about a couple months ago. Honestly one of the best decisions I made. I was helped by well mannered Latino gentleman. He answered all my questions made sure I knew how to use the app and that I got my water delivered.
Nate and Raphael did an amazing job and gave excellent customer service. Super respectful and friendly!! Spanish speaking is extra good!! Super excited for my delivery!! :
