This is one of my favorite places in Washington DC. We have been coming here for years. The staff is always nice, helpful and very accommodating. Both buildings are full of historic books that make us the nation we are.

The Library of Congress is the world's largest library, consisting of three buildings: Adams, Jefferson, and Madison. The three buildings are connected by an underground passage. The newest building, which bears President Madison's name, houses reading departments such as the Manuscripts Department, the Law Library, the Map Resources Department, the Music Resources Department, and the Print Resources Department. To the left of the entrance, there is a room that honors famous quotes related to national management left by President Madison, and a statue of the president stands in the center. You will be amazed by the number of quotes that are still relevant today. The perspective of maintaining national prestige is interspersed. There is also a large dining room that doubles as a restaurant on the top floor, where you can enjoy a wide variety of meals. In Japanese cuisine, udon and sushi have been available for several years. Starbucks is also included. The unique thing is that the diet is calculated by weight. It will be calculated automatically when you place it at the cash register. You can choose to pay by credit card or cash. I usually work in the manuscript department on the 1st floor and am indebted to me for researching archives. The archives of S. Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis, are said to be the most frequently used historical materials. Whether visiting Washington, DC, experiencing the world's largest library is an experience of a lifetime. Please do not hesitate to ask.
