This is at 11:13am. This store is always closed. I have come here 3 times now and everytime this gate is down. Absolutely horrible!
50 dollars for a basic hat with one letter embroidered on it , lids you must be out of your mind , I’ll go to a custom shop
So if you buy from lids.com and have to return something dont worry they won't take it. They make you go and try to return it through post. You are the same company as your website?? So get ready to wait and possibly have your package lost. Thanks lids last time shopping here Also they charge you 9.99 to return it. What a joke
Went in the really fast to get my fiance a Jordan hat for Christmas workers were helpful, quick. Only thing was they only had 1 Jordan hat type but was perfect for me.

Please do not go here.I had purchased 3 hats from here.I purchased a cap for my kid one week back and they did not accept return for this hat telling it was used when it was not used.There RETURN POLICY SAYS RETURN IS ALLOWED but this is not true.Please don’t waste your money here.Also I saw a RAT running around in this store.Will not be coming back to this store.Informed the store manager jarald as well he also REFUSED RETURN!!!
president of lids basically designed my hat for me, it came out looking nothing like he said it would basically got ripped off pretty disappointed i couldn’t get my money back or a new hat
First visit into Lids at King of Prussia Mall, and caught the $5 hat sale, and they actually had the hat in my size!
Says they open at 10am, its 11:30 and they’re closed.
Staff is always pretty cool. No complaints, the prices are fair.
