Manager absolutely helpful and sweet. If you have a problem I’m telling you from the door ask for the manager!! They.. meaning the workers definitely need to get better customer service training. Very Unprofessional from the time I walked in the store, I heard the girl mouth! . Loud.. I used after-pay for my grandson school uniforms against my better judgement! What a nightmare to deal with trying to exchange. Soon as I got to register, first thing the worker says when I told her I had a return and exchange, I know you don’t think you will get them for the same price ? Well damn I didn’t ask that did I?? What I was exchanging actually cost more! Never asked about discount same price etc.. The girl was too busy getting smart with me then trying to be helpful! Their after-pay policy you physically have to have a card which I didn’t have since, I don’t use after pay in stores. Took the manager to come out and explain to me how that works. The card has to be downloaded in your wallet. What was I missing from the worker?? Perhaps the smart nasty mouth?? Matter fact while I was explaining to the manager, she had the nerve to roll the eyes up in the air and smirk, when I said something to her about that, she said she was watching the security screen . It’s good cause I won’t be buying anything else from that store. I’m posting this because I am tired of bad customer service when I am spending my hard earned money, that I go to work everyday to make! If you don’t want to work stay your miserable self at home!

Returned some too small items on Sunday 11/7/21 at 11am and the clerk was rude. The clerks were busy with something behind the counter so I moved a few steps away to see if I could find larger sizes so that I could exchange instead of return. The clerkshe/her made a snide remark that if she moved away from the counter she'd be wrong, I suppose because she ended up having to wait a few seconds for me she was annoyed. I chose to return everything even though initially I only wanted to send back two items but heck, if your going to be rude and impatient over a few seconds instead of letting a customer know you're now available, I will always take my business elsewhere.
People who work here needs to be fired!! They are rude, unprofessional and makes fun of you if you have any coupons. I had 5$ reward and when I told the manager I have 5$, she said you can only use it on 25$ and above purchase and then said something to her coworkers and they all laughed. WTF! I didn't said anything at that time but when I checked online for the details there was not any condition* on the rewards I had. The supervisor needs to look into this and fire them asap if they want this business running.
Store needs new Management!! Fire all and start fresh.
This location deserves zero stars. I greeted both associates and both mumbled a "hi". No help was offered by either associate when I was directed to sort through a pile of shoes in a tote. I was left rummaging for sizes for 5 minutes. I know they don't get paid commission but at least pretend you like your job.
Kayla was rude I had return And wanted to place a online order for a different size in my pick up order She didn't finish the online order she asked me to wait while she took another customer Than I wait and waited some more She dismissed me I had to go to another register after she took again another customer in her line She completely ignored me took other people in line While I just waited on the side
I love Children's Place @ Willow Grove Mall. The Assistant Store manager Divine Freeman is a God sent and came to my aide. The staff were approachable and full of smiles. I give the store 5 stars and more if I could!
I am very sad to read about the customer who was treated rude.I have been going to this store for 6 years.The employees have been 10 STARS.Mr.Divine,the manager,and Leshea would help me pick out articles for my GREATGRANDBABIES, who is located in GERMANY. Thank u CHILDRENS place for this store.
I picked up an order I had shipped to the store and LaShae and her co worker were extremely helpful and professional. They had a very rude and nasty customer who wanted to call corporate but I really hope they don’t.
