I had a deep tissue massage with Ashley last Monday. It was a wonderful experience in every way. She listened to my concerns and understood what I needed to relieve the soreness and weakness in my shoulders, back, and upper arms. I will definitely return for future massages and will heartily recommend Ashley to my family and friends.
Amazing and luxurious spa environment - unexpectedly in Council Bluffs! Before moving to the Midwest, Ilona lived and worked throughout Europe and in Washington, D.C. where she learned the best techniques in massage and body work. Once you step inside Life Dimensions, you feel transported. I have had a number of treatments with Ilona, including the 90 minute FAR Infrared Massage. Ilona's services are more than a treat, they are truly therapeutic.

Focused on back/shoulder in the spots that had been giving the most trouble, which was really helpful . Also gave some helpful tips on stretches that helped maintain the wellness at home. Life Dimensions by Ilona is an incredible place to find relaxation and peace. Ilona gives the most amazing and beneficial deep tissue massages that help me manage migraines and scoliosis. Every massage is different based on my needs at the time of the appointment. Ilona uses essential oils that add to the experience of total well being for my body. The atmosphere that Ilona has created is one that you want to keep going back to. I feel very blessed to have Ilona taking care of me every month. In addition to massage, there are so many other unique services. I recently went to a Shamanic Reiki session with Kate. I had misconceptions about what Shamanic Reiki is, which held me back from trying it sooner, but Kate did a great job explaining what the session will all entail. This is not fortune-telling and this is not magic. Shamanic Reiki is all about your energy and how you can use that energy for good. The session allowed me to relax and open my body up to let go of emotional energies that needed to be released. If you have any form of anxiety, or just constant racing thoughts, Kate can help you calm your inner spirit and use that energy as a positive force. Kate also helped me to understand parts of myself that I wasn't fully aware of. Her insight gave meaning to why I am the way that I am, and why that's a good thing! If you’re considering making an appointment at Life Dimensions, just do it! All of the employees are very respectful, intuitive, loving and knowledgeable. I can assure you that you'll be in great hands.
