First time renting a storage unit and April was great through out the process. She helped us decide on the size we needed and made everything easy. Excellent costumer service!
To start, April was fantastic. She was kind and helpful, with a deep knowledge of everything I needed for my storage rental. I've been lucky to have dealt with mostly good storage center employees to this point in my life, but she was great! As for my experience with the unit itself, zero issues. The price was very reasonable for the size I got. Navigating the buildings was ready, as was finding my own unit. I greatly appreciated the presence of an elevator for my level 2 unit, as well as a hand cart that was also provided. The premises and buildings are very well taken care of, you can tell that they take pride in their business. I would recommend Life Storage to anybody needing solid storage solutions at great prices!
April Pierce makes every office visit a pleasure. I'd pay more to rent here because April Pierce's Customer Service Skills are a model of EXCELLENCE ALL PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD EMULATE! Also, her knowledge base/ability for doing her job, problem solving issues, and prioritizing the management of multiple customers at once superiorly is rarely seen anymore. I consider renting at Life Storage on Main Street Wallingford a VERY LARGE BLESSING due to April Pierce's EXCELLENT management skills and AWESOME personality as well as my storage space being in a high quality, well maintained facility. IF YOU NEED TO STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS SOMEWHERE, STORE THEM HERE!
April was very helpful and informative. Treated us like family and im very glad i got to meet a warm hearted person who was there to assist us as best as possible.
