To start, April was fantastic. She was kind and helpful, with a deep knowledge of everything I needed for my storage rental. I've been lucky to have dealt with mostly good storage center employees to this point in my life, but she was great! As for my experience with the unit itself, zero issues. The price was very reasonable for the size I got. Navigating the buildings was ready, as was finding my own unit. I greatly appreciated the presence of an elevator for my level 2 unit, as well as a hand cart that was also provided. The premises and buildings are very well taken care of, you can tell that they take pride in their business. I would recommend Life Storage to anybody needing solid storage solutions at great prices!
April Pierce makes every office visit a pleasure. I'd pay more to rent here because April Pierce's Customer Service Skills are a model of EXCELLENCE ALL PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD EMULATE! Also, her knowledge base/ability for doing her job, problem solving issues, and prioritizing the management of multiple customers at once superiorly is rarely seen anymore. I consider renting at Life Storage on Main Street Wallingford a VERY LARGE BLESSING due to April Pierce's EXCELLENT management skills and AWESOME personality as well as my storage space being in a high quality, well maintained facility. IF YOU NEED TO STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS SOMEWHERE, STORE THEM HERE!

I researched a number of other storage places before choosing Life Storage. The Manager, April's expertise and help were beyond measure with getting me set up with the right storage unit to suit my needs. I know that I made the right choice and am so happy that I decided to go with Life Storage.

I booked a storage unit and began moving things into the facility within 2 hours of finding my ideal storage unit online. April was there and she was patient and thorough as she showed me around the facility and helped process my paperwork. Excellent experience - highly recommend!
This place was great! I was a little upset at first because I couldn’t find the cart to move our boxes or figure out how to make the freight lift work, but the manager April called me back as soon as they opened and taught me how to make the lift work and explained that the cart must have been moved by another customer because she was able to find it when they opened. She was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The storage unit was clean, easily accessible and the perfect size for all of our things. We would absolutely recommend this for your storage needs!
Our experience setting up our rental account with April has been nothing short of impressive! She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and in arranging our insurance on the items that will be in storage. Everything this far has been exactly a promised and we are very happy that the Wallingford facility has 24/7 security and that the entrance is gated after hours. April is a pleasure to work with!
I have used many storage facilities in the past with various reviews from bad units to good people. The freight elevator is a blessing in disguise. Access to units is pretty straightforward. However if you get a chance to meet April you will know why this place has super great reviews. Clean units. Fast online rentals. Easy access to Merit parkway. And of course APRIL.
