Excellent! Mr. Allen gave me a tour that was thorough and he explained the business aspects down to the last detail. My questions were answered before I asked. The facility is clean and well maintained. Two thumbs up!

I see many nice reviews on customer service and courtesy. I'm sad that I didn't receive the same. I do understand how customer service can be top notch while sales are involved , but I truly believe it is respectful to treat all inquires with equal respect. I'm writing this as a reminder and to spread awareness. I came to the store seeking policy and procedure on what happens to a storage unit if a loved one has passed on and no arrangements have been made for it. I made it clear that I wasn't requesting personal information...only what happens in that event. I was told that NO information could be given. No directing to me to someone that could help with that information. No concern or helpful direction for such a sensitive matter. Each store has their own policies and procedures on certain aspects and therefore customer service wasn't fully able to answer my question clearly. It could happen to anyone ...not everyone has their affairs in order when something unexpectedly happens.

Easy and simple process for renting out a spot for the winter while I’m away on break! Jim was amazing help and was super friendly and personable! I highly recommend Life Storage - Schaumburg to anyone looking for the same experience as me!

Great service getting signed up.  Great price.  This is my first time with storage rental and I look forward to using my space.   UPDATE:  I rented for four or five months car in storage now.  I failed to follow the vacate policy, which caused an issue.  Totally my fault.  The management at the facility Jim went the extra distance to accommodate me.  There's lots of places to rent from - these folks know customer service.  I highly recommend!!!

Jim was Very friendly and professional. Exceptional service. it's not too busy in the afternoon
