I've used this storage unit for years.  The location is great and the facility is very clean. The manager Nate is wonderful. Always friendly and willing to help you get the best price available  at renewal time.   Will continue to do business here as long as I need extra storage!!

If you are looking for the best place to storage your valuables, look no more! Nate and Jacel make sure to give you above and beyond customer care while at the same time keeping the storage very well clean including the bathrooms and climate control. They listen to your needs and provide the best help they can according to their possibilities. They make sure, us, as customers are satisfied with the services. The only downside is the franchise keep raising prices and don't give discounts to long time storage customers.

I have been using CubeSmart for the past month or so and have had a great experience so far! The facility is clean, fairly priced, and the staff is wonderful. Nate was amazing with helping me find the best deal for my needs. Without a doubt I recommend this facility!

The staff is excellent. Nate and Jecel Jocel maintain the facilities in top notch fashion. Climate control units are always clean and comfortable regardless of weather. Never have any issues with access. They are attentive to your/my needs and handle issues quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them and this location.

I've been with this CubeSmart since Feb 2020 and they've been fantastic. Nate worked with me to get me set up with everything that my company required of them. The building is clean, my packages are handled with professionalism and they often go above and beyond to let me know when something arrives for me thank you, Jacel!. The only negative is the constant every 6 months or so increase in my rent which has almost doubled since I started with them 3.5 years ago. But the wonderful customer service given by Nate and Jacel offset that and they continue to earn my business.

We have been long time tenants at this CubeSmart.  Customer Service from Nate and Jocel is A+++ they are always kind and courteous.  I have a lot of shipments that come to my unit and they both always put the items in my unit which I truly appreciate.

Great place for storage. Everything is clean and well lit. They're temperature controlled, which is nice. And Nate was super helpful when I inquired about renting a space at their facility.

Thank you to Nate at the front desk.  My husband unexpectedly passed away in June.  I had an emotional time having to go through his items in storage.  Nate was polite and accommodating with my schedule. He knew I was overwhelmed and trying to get through it all.  Best regards.

I recently started using CubeSmart after storing at another company for a few years. The facility is so much better and the cost ended up being lower. The staff was great and so helpful in getting everything setup quickly. I would highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

CubeSmart is a beautiful and nice place. Nate is the Manager at the one on Lamont Rd in Downers Grove. He has been very nice to me since day one.
