We offer strength training, cardiovascular training, post-rehab training from orthopedic injuries, post-cardiac rehab, sport specific training, precision programs, weight management, and nutrition.

I am only 3 months into my program and I am already seeing fantastic results. Mark and Drew are great trainers who take the time to get to know you and what your personal goals are. The workouts are very well planned out and both Mark and Drew take the time to teach you the correct form and help to push you when you need it. This has been the best gym experience I have had. In the past I tried to figure out my workouts from online plans but have never had much success. Since joining Lifestyles Fitness 3 months ago, I have lost 11 lbs of fat and gained 6 lbs of muscle. I can’t thank Lifestyles Fitness enough for helping me change my body and achieve my fitness goals.
I have been going to personal training at Lifestyles Fitness for a year now and it is so rewarding! I am extremely happy with the results, friendships, education, and experience I have gained during my time at Lifestyles Fitness. I heard about Lifestyles from Drew, one of the trainers. I worked with Drew years ago at another gym and he was one of the best trainers I had ever worked with. Once I heard about Lifestyles, it was a no brainer, my husband and I wasted no time to sign up. We started over a year ago and go twice per week. This gives us a chance to train with both Drew and Mark. In just 12 months I have lost 35 pounds with 25 of that being fat and 7% body fat. I have decreased my waist by 7.5 inches, hips by 3.5 inches, bicep by 1.5 inches, and thigh by 2 inches. Approximately once a month, we do a check-in to take measurements in order to track our progress. They understand that not everyone is built the same or has the same goals and they help you create realistic fitness goals that tailors to what YOU want and need. Each trainer has a different coaching style which helps to keep it fresh and interesting every time. Each week there is a new 'theme' that they build off of to customize each workout to you for every session. They both teach the basics and focus on form so that bad habits aren’t learned and as soon as form is mastered then they challenge limits by increasing weight, adding complexity, or changing intensity levels. They have also taught us about different muscles and how to target them with different exercises. Personally, I have a few injuries and both trainers have been very mindful by asking about my comfort level so that they can personalize my workouts by modifying the exercises. Both of the trainers are down-to-earth, easy to get along with, and personable. They are both physically active in their personal lives and they practice what they preach. At Lifestyles they are very flexible to accommodate our ever-changing work week schedule needs and they are always good at responding quickly to modify appointment times. The gym has ample space with equipment both inside and outside as well as a zero-judgment, supportive and encouraging feel. They have equipment that big gyms don’t usually have including a vibration plate which always provides a good start and end to the workout for engaging and loosening all your muscles. Their rates are reasonable and affordable. For the value and connections we have made here, I can't imagine training with anyone else. If you are looking for a personal trainer then give them a chance and I’m sure you’ll walk away feeling happy and accomplished.
I have been coming here for about 4 months now and the experience has been great! I wanted to start working out again after I fractured a lumbar in my spine but was hesitant to do so. Mark and Drew gave me personalized workouts to build muscle while simultaneously improving my flexibility and strength in my back. The workouts are never boring since they are all unique and I always feel satisfied with them since I am sore almost every time the following day. Mark and Drew are very nice guys but push you to give it your all so you can attain the best results. They also provide you with a diet plan and give you tips on how to improve your nutrition and overall health. Totally recommend trying them out!
I've been training with both Mark and Drew for 6 months now and have lost 30lbs of mostly fat. They are extremely supportive and know how to push people to accomplish their goals without going overboard like some trainers. I tell all of my family and friends about what a great service they provide. My favorite part is the mixed workouts to confuse the muscles. every week is a new focus and every week something new is sore. Drew is a health guru and Mark Hill Owner, also very knowledgeable is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. 5/5 couldn't be better.
Mark Hill is, hands down, the most best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I crossed paths with him at a small gym in California, and I was blown away by how much Mark had me accomplish with a simple kettle bell and a bench. I was so incredibly impressed with the depth of his knowledge, and how many different ways there are to exercise muscle groups that I didn't even know about. Mark knows his stuff, has a fantastic approach to fitness and is incredibly supportive. Best decision ever!
I am just finishing up a 6 month program at Lifestyles Personal Training, and I can say the experience far exceeded my expectations! Mark and Drew really honed in on what I wanted to accomplish with my fitness goals and helped me push towards them fast and had a ton of fun along the way. From the first initial body assessment to the insane library of nutritional information I was given and all the way down to the last workout, It has been the best "gym" experience I have had. Every workout is different and I always leave my session feeling like I have accomplished a good workout. They are incredibly accommodating with scheduling, always a no hassle change when life gets crazy. Something I noticed that was different from many gyms and trainers I have worked with, THE ENVIRONMENT. Mark and Drew are always encouraging and positive. Aside from the pain of pushing your muscles, you will look forward to every workout and it will quickly become part of your daily routine that you won't wan't to miss. I packed on about 12 lbs of of muscle and have reshaped my body into something I enjoy looking at in the mirror. I can't recommend Lifestyles enough, mention my name and Mark will add more weight to any workout. lol. ;-
As someone who had never worked out before going to Lifestyles Fitness, I can’t recommend this gym enough. Drew and Mark were both extremely friendly and they made the entire process of working out accessible and fulfilling. I came away from every session having learned something new about my body, about workout techniques, and about how to challenge myself. What struck me most about the gym, however, was the friendliness of both its trainers and its clients — within a few weeks of starting, all the regulars knew my name. Week after week, I found myself greeted by supportive and kind people who, like me, were working on developing a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body, rather than merely working out to look good. Within a few weeks of working out with Drew and Mark, I was surprised and impressed with my results.
Mark is one of the best trainers I have ever had. If you have weight goals or trying to start a healthy lifestyle then this is the place. His passion and motivation to get you to your goals is everything you would hope for. I went to him for 9 months, I lost 13 lbs, 3% body fat, can do pull ups now, and don't have any pain in my lower back or sciatica anymore. That being said, it's up to you to take the bull by the horns and be disciplined in working out and eating right, he can help you get on your way.
I've known Mark Hill for almost 15-years and can say without hesitation, he is one of the best trainers in the valley. His personal attention to his clients is what makes him so special and his knowledge in the field of fitness and nutrition is extensive. It you're looking for a great trainer who happens to be a genuinely nice guy, call Mark.
I love coming to Lifestyles. Its a workout that I actually look forward to! Being a college student at ASU, they help motivate me and are super flexible with my busy student life. I had knee troubles, so Mark and Drew really helped make my muscles stronger, and I feel great! They also offer food tips on what to eat, and what to buy at grocery stores.
