I love the atmosphere and the instructors. From the time I'm greeted at the door to the nice ladies that keep up with the dressing rooms you cannot find a better place. The classes are the best. I always feel better walking out. I love the pool and sauna. It's all around great.
This gym is like my 2nd home. The staff at this gym are so warm and caring. I absolutely love the Spa staff. Sepideh, is the face of the Spa and the gym. She greets everyone so warm and is always smiling. I never seen her in a bad mood. Soheila, the Spa Esthetician, has magic fingers. She truly loves her job and I always feel like royalty with her. The trainers are fierce and great!
It is an impressive place but also disappointingly impersonal. I went there to get a membership because, honestly, no one else comes close to what they offer. I was kind of excited walking up. I went in and told the lady at the front desk I wanted to speak with someone about a membership and she directed me to wait in their lounge area right near the front desk. I sat there for over half an hour with employees and members passing me, no one spoke to me and most actively avoided eye contact even. I eventually got up and left and I doubt anyone noticed or cared. Now I am left with the choice of trying again with a sour taste in my mouth or going somewhere else and getting less. Pretty disappointing options, especially considering I started off excited.
I have been going to this gym for years, but today there has been a concerning incident. While using the gym facilities, someone opened my locker. Luckily nothing valuable was missing, but it makes me feel pretty uneasy. There have been a few reviews from other members about this issue as well. I reported the incident to the staff, but their response was not as reassuring as I had hoped. It would have been great if they were more proactive in addressing the issue and providing guidance on how to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Solid 4-star gym, if a bit dated. Great classes. Needs a functional training area like at the Y. The cleaning wipe dispensers are constantly broken...come on guys we just got out of a pandemic. The main downside at this location is the male clientele here have pretty bad gym etiquette. Guys leave weights strewn about and mismatched, don't clean machines, showcase their nips, etc. Staff try to keep things organized but it's a losing battle. The wearing of gym clothes and sneakers in the steam room & sauna is just...bizarre. Never seen anything like it, and it's gross. The locker room attendants deserve a raise - they're always cleaning but dudes are always throwing their towels here and there and just being inconsiderate. Why are there always band-aids on the floor in the steam room?! As much as I dislike them, it might be time for some signs reminding people to be decent & considerate humans. Yesterday, a guy walked around shirtless filming himself for at least 20 minutes in the weight room. Unacceptable. When staff see people setting up a tripod they should immediately interfere. I'm not trying to appear in the background of someone's tiktok.
Lifetime is by far the best gym to go to if you are willing to pay a premium price. This gym has a lot of amenities that most gyms do not offer. Lifetime has accommodations for the entire family. As for the weight lifting and cardio equipment, you will see a lot of equipment there that you won't see anywhere else. I have been a member for over 10yrs now.
Such a beautiful facility. Always so clean. Plenty of group ex classes for whatever you like to do. The equipment area is massive and has so many different types of things. The indoor pool has hot tubs and saunas. The outdoor pool has cool slides your kids will love.
Wanted to see the gym around 7. Place looks nice but front desk person said he was left alone and no one could help me. Why is he all alone with the parking lot full of cars at a prime time? It doesn’t seem like they should be struggling to employ people based on the amount of people in there.
I have been a member of lifetime for about 6 months, Their restrooms are extremely dirty. I also want to point out that Most of their machines in the treadmill section don’t work. And another thing is that it’s always full. In my 6 months of coming here i have struggled to even get to the weights area because it’s always full. For the money i pay monthly i would atleast want to use the weights every once in a while. I wish i had a better experience considering the amount of money i paid. Do not recommend!!
Lots of amenities. Smells amazing. Saunas are great. The yoga classes and teachers are my favorite part of the gym, but I want it to be open 24/7. The price is pretty high at $130 a month.
