Sometimes you need an outsiders perspective to succeed. This applies to all facets of life, especially when it comes to exercise and fitness. While many have the drive and motivation (and many do not) to exercise, the whole process can seem confusing and overwhelming to a new trainee or even a person that is just trying to take their fitness to a higher level. Lift Strong Fitness strives to bring fitness, health, and strength to the confused and the overwhelmed.

Outside of sport specific coaching, I have also been training both males and females for over 5 years. I do not follow cookie cutter exercise programming, each workout is tailored to a clients goals, strengths, weaknesses, and limitations (e.g. back, knee, shoulder problems, etc) in mind.
