Counselling can play a crucial role in healing and moving forward in our lives (at least I know it has been for me!). As such, finding the right therapist is pretty important.
I offer a complimentary 15 minute meeting to see if you feel that we would work well together.
One thing that I hope you will find upon meeting with me, is that I LOVE the work that I do.
I have wanted to do this work since my own experience of family counselling at age 8, and I have been in the field for over 17 years.
Although I love all kinds of counselling, I recently completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and am extremely passionate about helping couples grow together.
Social work services can be helpful in a variety of situations, ranging from life transitions to traumas. Examples of these situations are: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career/life path decisions, physical ailments and abuse issues.
