"We specialize in custom design and specialized floral delivery. We are based in Rochester, New York and service the Monroe County area. We accept orders by phone or you may place orders on my web page. After almost a decade making and delivering custom arrangements in a traditional storefront setting, we decided that the custom design and delivery segment was completely being underserved. We saw the need to stay open later and to be able to accept orders late into the evening as a key difference. Please feel free to call after hours 585-730-4974 for a late delivery."

The vase that was originally supposed to be included wasn't available, Bridget personally called me to let me know it was out of stock and what other options were available. My son lives out of town and ordered flowers from Pro Flowers for Mother's Day and the order went to Lighthouse Florist.   My section of the road is new and not on a GPS or Google Earth.   The flowers were delivered nearby and a lady there called me to tell me that she had them.   I picked them up and called Lighthouse and explained what had happened.  Bridget wanted to send me another arrangement and I told her that I didn't want her to lose money on the order.  I just suggested that her driver call folks my number was on the card when they can't find an address.  She felt very badly and wanted to compensate somehow.   We agreed that she would send a box of chocolates the next.day.   When I came home from church on Sunday, the fellas who brought the chocolates were just leaving my driveway.  Very nice young men.  I would certainly recommend this florist.  The arrangement was quite nice and Bridget is very professional.

I live out of town and ordered flowers from Lighthouse Florist to a family member for their birthday. I had to share that the service was amazing and the flowers were gorgeous! Less than an hour after my order the flowers were delivered! Will most definitely be using her as my new flower girl! Thanks Lighthouse Florist for your wonderful customer care!

Ordered flowers from out of state for a funeral - the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. I was trying for a "next day" delivery for the flowers, but there was an eminent snow storm forecasted for the next day. Owner made a personal call to me, we came up with a plan to so that the flowers could be delivered the same day within ~an hour of my order. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent, and compassionate customer service.  The owner is truly amazing! She made a very large, beautiful floral arrangement last minute for me, and delivered!  I received so many compliments on how beautiful, and vibrant the floral arrangement was... she is truly a gifted designer.  I would 100% recommend this florist.

Absolutely the best Florist around!  She is so accommodating and does beautiful work. My arrangement lasted far longer than any others I’ve ever received too!  Highly recommend her for all your floral needs!
