Tried Lil’ Orbits for the first time this morning and had such a great experience at the downtown Honolulu location. We got 3 dozen donuts for a great price and the staff were extremely friendly , even giving me 3 free donuts because I wanted just a few of a certain flavor. I would highly recommend this place for its great flavors and awesome customer service.

This company has the BEST customer service! Excellent from day one when we asked a gazillion questions, hand holding us thru the purchase and lightening fast response to a small part concern. There may be cheaper options out there but we wold never go anywhere else because the service is as excellent as the product which is superb!. Thank you from all of us a Kingston Candy Bar!

Every time I walk into Lil Orbits I feel like family. All of the employees are so helpful and pleasant!!!! From the upper management to the guys in the shop, this is a business that knows customer service.

Been getting our donut supplies from them for 9 years. Have always been helpful, have always answered my questions. If they didn't know the answer right off hand they would get me the answer and call me back.
