Lilac Grove Boarding Kennel

Boarded my dog for just over a week at Lilac Grove and was so impressed. You can tell that they really care for the dogs. They were so reassuring when I dropped him off, answered all my questions, and told me to call anytime. When I did call halfway through his stay, they gave me lots of information about how he was doing and really put my mind at ease. When I picked him up, they sent us home with an activity log that had notes about what he did each day and a craft with his paw print on it! It seems like they did a lot of activities in both big and small groups, which I thought was great. The only thing I found to be less than ideal was that they only take cash. Apparently they have been burned in the past by customers who have said they sent etransfers but didn't. While it's understandable that they would want to avoid that, I think there are other very reasonable and workable solutions. With that being said, they did work with me to find a solution when my bank card wasn't working on pick up day, which I really appreciated. I have only ever heard positive things about Lilac Grove and now wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family myself! Thanks to the entire team.

Just left my dog Nova there for 10 days and they were great! She came home with a little diary of her stay and the cutest little paw print penguin craft! Sounds like her Aunties took very very good care of her : would definitely bring her back! Thanks Lilac Grove!

My schnoodle stayed here prior to Christmas and it was a great experience. The kennels were clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and encouraged me to call if I wanted to check in on how she was doing. They made quick notes on her when we arrived, as it was her first time staying there. I felt that they were genuinely interested in making the animals as comfortable as possible while away from their families. My dog even came home with a paw paint craft.

My Sammy was there for 18 days and he was very well taken care of. It is so nice to be on holidays and know your dog is also being loved and pampered. They even had stockings for Christmas. Thank you Wendy and wonderful,caring staff.
