Today I went to this salon shop for the first time and experienced the worst customer service. I was skipped in line even though I was first to get to the location. The staff member was there late and I had to wait for two customers that got there after me. I waited for 1 full hour for a simple strand bleach dye test. This lady kept adding more money to something I didn’t want, as I repeatedly told her what I wanted. She wanted to dye my full hair then do the color. When I clearly told her “I don’t want to bleach my hair, I know it won’t come out the color that I’m showing you from the picture.” “I just want to just dye my hair one color!! And she kept talking about $160.00 Charger for bleach with color. I had it after so many times explaining to her that I only wanted one color on my hair, so I just got my stuff and left. I honestly will never come back here it’s too expensive and the place isn’t in a luxurious area to charge such price.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is amazing and my haircuts are always such a good price and done with lots of care for my thin hair

It was taking to long I had to pay 25$

I like the service but honestly they could get done faster if they would do their job and just stopped talking. People are getting their cut and someone else comes in and they stop the cut to give an estimate. Fist finish your client then give the estimate.

I been here before it was a great experience but this time wasn't good at all uneven cut on layers hair was way too short from what I asked I'm so unsatisfied so upset will not go back .

Lilia is the only person my daughters trust with their hair. She's great!

They have very quick phone service. Make appointments before visits. Good phone service. Didn't wait long for anyone to answer.
