I liked the selection of clothes and accessories. I deducted one star for two reasons. 1st, the colors were too bright for the fall collection. 2nd, the staff wasn't very welcoming.

You will loved their designs. Unique, fresh and classy. You’ll never go wrong with these elegant pieces to add on your wardrobe. No long lines and easy check out. Organized, clean and grandiose presentation.

Friendly, fun and welcoming. I was just casually browsing for a wedding reception dress and I found the perfect one here the Knowles dress thanks to Kennedy and Sarah. I was blown away by their fantastic service and recommendations and I'm so happy I thought to pop in! I've never even shopped at Lilly before but because of this one visit and this fantastic team, I'm a new fan.

Well lit!! See it all clearly. Small store but plenty to choose from. Love Lily Pulitzer. . Staff was super helpful..... My size wasn't on rack but she found one in the back for me. Heard her assist another customer by offering to search online for her and have it shipped....

Catherine was pretty mean to me. She saw my Instagram and said i had no clout. Then i got shoplifted by a “shady” fellow and lost my phone. sad sad

I've always enjoyed my trips to the store. Today I called to order a few things to be sent my mom and I had the most wonderful customer service.

I have visited 8 lily stores in different states and I can’t understand why the staff is so rude, unprofessional and has no clue as to what customer service is about. They all need training .
