This facility has always been welcoming with short wait times, efficient in mammograms, follow up, biopsies and sharing information. You do need to know your insurance coverage before going to any healthcare facility and confirm before your procedure.

Be sure to ask if the procedures they are going to do are covered by your insurance; they may not be.

Nice and caring staff!

The only problem I had was with one of the registration staff members. I could hear her talking about me being mad, which I was, but that was pretty rude. I work in health care myself, they were trying to tell me I couldn’t get a mammogram because I didn’t have a primary care physician, but I had an OB/GYN write my order. I didn’t have a PC physician bc mine left the practice and until I go to my next office visit I won’t know who replaced her. So after about 4 times telling them that made no sense, they finally figured out that made no sense. So you might want to tell your staff if they want to talk about their patients try waiting until we can’t hear them. Very unprofessional!! The rest of the staff was wonderful.
