Truly incredible service and everyone that works there was so kind and communicative. I went in because I had an issue with my engine stalling and my car running louder than usual but there was no check engine light on. They were still able to locate the issue and repair it within a few hours. The repairs were also very affordable. I would 100% recommend them!Services:&nbsp;Exhaust

The guys at Lincoln Park Auto Repair are true professionals.  We've brought our car there several times and couldn't ask for better service.  They are honest and do what they say they're going to do, and don't try to sell you any services that the car doesn't need.  Our experience with them has been better than any other auto repair shop we've been to in Chicago, including the dealerships. We had used another repair service for 25 years in Lakeview that closed when the owner passed. We were lucky to find Lincoln Park Auto Repair. We are very satisfied with service and price. Perhaps more importantly is how they treated me with a 20 year old Camry. With lots of luxury cars in the shop, they could focus on larger repair costs. But they patiently found the right parts to fix an old car at a good price. We will be back for future work.

This shop has been amazing from the start. I came in with a braking problem that Mazda service department couldn’t figure out. John took his time in explaining what the problem might/could be and taking his time to make sure the problem is resolved. Marco has also provided excellent service always updating me on the status of my vehicle.Service:&nbsp;Brakes

This rating is because of John who works at LP Auto Repair Services. I was a first time customer this week and John was extremely reliable, experienced, and beyond supportive. His customer service made me want to use them- he sent pictures and videos of my car parts throughout the evaluation so I didn’t have to wait at the shop and spent selfless time to help educate me. This place is great! They go through the extra steps of telling you what issues you are having, why it’s happening and showing you what parts need to get replaced pictures of broken, damaged, etc. parts. Everyone is super kind, the prices are very fair and you can really see that everyone here cares about doing their job to the best of their ability. The staff at Lincoln Park Auto Repair is excellent at explaining the situation, making you feel comfortable and seeking solutions to cut unnecessary costs. They go out of their way to do this right. I like this place. They work quickly and they explain everything. Their prices are ok for the city. They charge quite a bit for service but it's really high quality service. They're an honest company owned by a guy who works there sometimes. He gave me a free oil change when I asked as well. Only downside is this place is kinda small and right below the trains so it's always loud.
