This doctors office has been such a pleasure to go to. The doctors are so nice and actually listen. The nurses take great care of you. And even if you need help getting insurance Karen Haney is so great at what she does and just a really nice person to talk to. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new doctor!

Worst doctor ever is dr A brown I was at my appointment yesterday for 37 week check up and she didn’t do anything she was suppose to do. She didn’t check to see if I’m dilated. And she made my appointment 3 weeks ahead when I’m supposed to see her every week now. Then I gave her paperwork to fill out for my job so I can get paid while on maternity leave and told her I needed the paperwork on Friday and she just rushed out couldn’t even finish what I was saying she don’t care about her patients. Now I can’t turn in my paperwork for me to get paid while on leave cause she wanna do it on her time. When she run test she don’t even tell you your test results. This is my first time having her as a doctor and she is horrible.

The insurance and benefits specialist, Karen, was just wonderful. She helped me with the entire process of enrolling with medicaid. After finding out you need urgent brain surgery I couldn't handle trying to figure out medicaid on my own. I am so appreciative of her help, her excellent customer service, her sincerity and her professionalism. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Waited for an hour and nobody came. I had another appointment and had to leave cause I didn't when they were coming to see me. I requested a day off at work to have gynecologist checkup but i just wasted my time here

The appointment was on time as scheduled. Access Family health was a clean facility. The doctor was amazing with my kids. Very thorough on their check up and vaccinations! A place I highly recommend for everyone. I wanted to thank Karen as well for helping me with questions I had regarding my insurance. 5 stars

I am a first time patient here and this is by far the WORSTED doctors office I have ever been to. I'm in health care so I needed a chicken pox booster and my hep B booster and a physical the doctor who never offered her name told me I need to go to Wal-Mart or Walgreens to get them done and that she would hold my physical form until I did; I thought that was strange but went ahead, Wal-Mart didn't take my insurance and neither did Walgreens so I called my insurance provider and they told me I need to get my injections done at a Dr.s Office, so I called the office and asked them why they couldn't give me the shots and they said because we don't have them.. So I asked well can I make an appointment for them and get them when there available and she said "we order our medication but we have no idea if/when they'll be coming in" to which I said well my insurance will only cover them if I get them done at a doctor's office and she told me "sounds like your gonna have to pay out of pocket Ma'am". Which I said I will not be paying out of pocket for anything I'll take my buisness to another facility but I need that physical form back with proof of the physical I received, she said ok then only for me to get back to the clinic and see the doctor wrote on my physical form that I refused the shots THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE IN STOCK please save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs SMH

There really some good people who actually care about there patients

Dr. Arlette Brown. It was God awful I left feeling violated in many ways. I stopped going to the doctor for about a year because this doctor Arlette brown told me that she could not diagnose me with certain things because she wouldn't get paid if she did. Is that not illegal? How many people needed to find out what's wrong with them and she has told them this exact thing? I have given this doctor many chances thinking maybe she was having a bad day but please take hed to my warning. YOU DESERVE BETTER CARE. I don't write reviews but after leaving this office I Will never go back again.. She is very rough and brash in her examination process. She doesn't give you eye contact. She doesn't give direct answers. She didn't wear gloves during my breast examination.. Her hands were ice cold.. You leave the office feeling defeated. She literally does not use any lubricant during paps. I left the office feeling so beat up that I cried because no one no matter what ethnicity or income bracket you don't deserve to be mistreated. I literally had to tell this woman that she was hurting me. She didn't even apologize. When I got home my pelvic area was so sore.. She was digging into me with the fetal doppler and now I am praying because of the pain I am feeling. If she has done it to me she has done it to others. I pray that others redirect their decision to use her. Please use discernment when choosing your doctor's. I typically do and went against my judgment and didn't read any reviews. Other people have said even worse things than me. I found a better facility in the city and will be making the extra long trip to make sure I receive the care I deserve. I pray she takes this review seriously and changes her ways if not she is going to continue to fail many people. I WROTE THIS REVIEW TO NOT to just be an advocate for myself but others who have received treatment or will receive treatment in the future stand up for yourself.

My son had an appointment at 11am and when I called the clinic she said that the doctor was running behind and that she will call at 1115. 1115 came and went. We didn't get a call from the doctor until 12. Also I don't understand js that the medical assistance didn't call to ask any questions. This is not the first time my son had a telehealth appointment. Mind you when I called the clinic again the front desk said the medical assistance doesn't call and ask questions only the provider. What if my pharmacy changed and information changed how would they know if nobody called me and asked information. Never again will schedule at this clinic

The benefits specialist Karen helped me and my family with insurance issues, had wonderful client care. Best experience I've ever had!
