Called to get an appointment. I was told they were not taking new clients and they only had one doctor and she only does vaccinations. That’s fine but the receptionist was very rude and had a very annoyed tone to her voice. My dog is sick and I need to find her a doctor there is no reason to be rude and mean on top of rejecting someone in need of help.
I took my dog for his annual vaccinations and he just loves the place and the doctor. All of the dogs were lined up and taken care of like it was back to school time for them lol. Very good info and cool staff.
Called about adopting an animal recently found and brought to Chicago Heights Animal Hospital. A worker took it home to foster. I left my number and no call back for several days. I called back today to find out why I haven't received a call and was coldly told by Sage.."I don't know I gave her your number"....wow...just wiw... Nice business ethics..NOT!!
Great people and quick service. The place is comforting and my pet loves them too. Thanks to the team!
I LOVE Dr. Andrea and the STAFF!! They are the best vet I've ever been too. And the grooming is spectacular!! So grateful to have them taking care of my baby
Our family has been going here for well over a decade. I can attest that Dr W and staff truly care about our pets and it shows. Thank you for going above and beyond and caring about the animals in your care. I cannot say enough good things about Dr W and the staff, shout out to Michelle I think that is her name as well. You are all appreciated.
The staff and Vets there are AMAZING people. They really and care for the animals we bring in and offer quality treatment. I brought my dog there for 10 years until she passed, and from the moment we brought her in to her last week of life the care and advice given to us was incredible. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful the staff is here.
Staff is sarcastic bordering on rude. They are ok for shots. Do NOT count on them if your pet is injured & needs care faster that their lines allow them to give. If you have the $ take your pet elsewhere. Petsmart has a vet that ID kind & caring. You can also get your pet groomed for a very reasonable price. They also do pet nails with a dremala filing tool used for manicures for $12/$14 No appt. Needed.
The advertisement says Emergency acceptable and open at 7:30am . However I came at 7:30am they were closed. Then I called later and they said they do not have walk ins which means they are not available for emergency. My dog had a coughing episode. It seems it's hard to find any where walk ins I had to go to four clinics I also had a kitten with respiratory agony . unfortunately when I was rejected by every hospital until the fourth. The kitten was severe distressed that it had to be put down. As for my pet I have to make the hard decision to put down because his coughing turned out to be tumors around the lungs. incurable for his age.
I have only been a patron for a year. I have 2 other dogs still under the care of Dr. Kragness in City off of I-94. I have 2 dogs that have seen two Vets here. The male Vet did a super thorough job and was very patient with my Presa. All the staff and front desk crew very friendly.
