Description

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Been to a few other CrossFit Gyms. LP CrossFit has been by far and away the best experience. Kyle is a great coach/owner, the other members are great, program is great. Highly recommend if you’re interested in CrossFit.
Dropped in from out of town on a Saturday. The owner Kyle and members were very welcoming and the gym was super clean. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend!
I have been coming to LPCF for 2 years and the community, programming, and coaches are the reason I walk through the doors. My lifestyle has completely changed for the better and I look forward to my time at LPCF to put my health first. The programming is always fresh and keeps me on my toes, and I feel myself getting stronger every week. The head coach and owner, Kyle, has put so much heart and work into the gym, training, and community; and it shows. Since COVID hit, the owners Kyle and Andrew take COVID protocols very seriously. The community makes sure to keep the gym clean and sanitized between classes/workouts. We wear masks and show vaccination to make sure the community stays healthy. As a woman coming to the gym, I could not ask for a more welcoming and inclusive environment. There is all walks of life that are committed to their health here, and I feel safe and included in my workouts. The owner/head coach makes this a priority above all, to make sure everyone is welcome here. Can not recommend this place enough!
The only machinery I find missing is a seated calf machine, two or three Smith machines and at least one hack squat. But you can work hard there, several racks and big dumbbells.
I have been attending LPCF for 4 months and since then I have made noticable improvements both physically and mentally. The coaches are very knowledgeable and excited to teach, the community is supportive and full of inspiring individuals that push everyone to be their best self. Recommend this place for anyone trying to get fit and be part of a great community.
Love this community & gym, this Gym has the owners personality written all over it welcoming warm positive vibe, the workouts are detailed with vision and method for constant growth, also with adjustments for people at different levels, the coaching is outstanding! They uphold strict polices with cleanliness masks during working outs plus always clean sanitized organized & safe! This is my therapy on a weekly basis & Love it!!
I signed up for 6 week challenge program on 07/16/2018 and I really liked the place and trainers. Everybody is nice and helpful to keep you on track, support you on your goal during these weeks. They provided everything that they promised at the beginning of the challenge such as monthly grocery list, everyday home workout guide, travel tips when on a diet and two recipe books. All of them was so useful. If you are looking for a place to start doing crossfit and improve your skills, I will highly recommend that place. The best thing about this gym, whatever your level is you will feel comfortable while working out. Members are also from different levels, trainers and members are close to each other almost like a family.
