I came to the ER at 3 AM, feeling as sick as I ever had. The nurses, techs, and ER physician were calm, kind, and thorough and I left 3 hours later in much better shape. Professional service at its best, and I am forever grateful.
I got a burn from the heater and when the blister popped it got infected and just kept getting worse so now stuck at hospital getting x-rays and finding out what happened and how to make it go away it’s so painful almost want to say it’s the worst pain I’ve ever felt especially for this long
Theyre quick and compassionate. Im always sickly, and they always treat me with care. And im never there for more than 2 hours unless im in severe condition.
I came into the hospital as a suicidal 11 year old they not only held me hostage but the presided to threaten to call DHS on my parents if they didn't send me 5 hours a way to a literal psych ward. I now have a fear of hospitals, go into panic attacks when I have to get my blood drawn and have frequent night mares. : thanks for the unreversble trauma.
I came in with a puncture wound in August. I was in awful pain. I waited hours after being admitted to get a tetanus shot and some Tylenol. I saw 3 nurses and physicians during that time, none of whom seemed to be communicating with each other. After being admitted, this should have been a 15 minute process. It lasted 4 hours. I was in terrible pain, and after asking for something temporary and immediate to alleviate the pain, I was treated as though I was angling for meds. Insulting and inefficient. Finally, after this ineffective medical experience, I was charged hundred of dollars. Even after insurance, I was responsible for an enormous medical bill. Gross, y'all.
Why is that if you are 10 minutes late for appointment you have to reschedule. However, when doctors are running, now 20 minutes late, you are supposed to wait patiently. My time is just as valuable as those inconsiderate individuals physicians.

So Ortho at miles hospital I ask for a appointment they said I did not need a appointment for a splint so I politely wait till the end of the day Mike the manger sent me text on mi chart tell me too go CVS for a air cast at this point I suggest go some were else not even worth your time.
This place is a joke. Can't even get the scheduling department to pick up and when they do they are to stupid to figure out what it is you need. All I needed was and ultra sound to find a vein to take blood and not one person new what that was. I'd drive outta state before using this dump.
From the woman at the 911 center to the first responders and finally the Health Center itself we cannot say enough about the professional and above all kind, patient and friendly way the staff has acted. They really helped make a scary situation a lot more manageable for my family. 1st rate care and consideration.
