Every time I've gone into the store the staff has been very friendly. This last time I went I had so many questions about using the pet wash station first timer. Wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me, she was very patient. Will definitely bring our husky malamute mix back.

Excellent! Workers are friendly and always helpful. I really enjoy buying my dog treats and food at this nice store. They also inform me of the sales. Dog owners can also bathe and weigh their pets at the back of the establishment. Awesome

The store is so lovely to shop because of it's well thought out organization and impeccable staff. I always feel welcome by the wonderful pet food express employees because they always say hello when I come in and they always express sincere interest in helping me If I need it. I'm proud to say that I spoil my furry family member and I trust this particular store as my go-to to to pick up the best food and toys for my ginger cat.

I just needed cheap cat food for the ferral cats I feed. The prices were very steep and although it was a beautiful store it was way beyond my price range. I felt bad not being able to even afford a little bit of cat food. It has been a problem to get Friskies or 9 Lives. I now go tp San Mateo for bulk food! Ferral cats aren't picky eaters.
