Pet Food Express

Excellent! Workers are friendly and always helpful. I really enjoy buying my dog treats and food at this nice store. They also inform me of the sales. Dog owners can also bathe and weigh their pets at the back of the establishment. Awesome

I just needed cheap cat food for the ferral cats I feed. The prices were very steep and although it was a beautiful store it was way beyond my price range. I felt bad not being able to even afford a little bit of cat food. It has been a problem to get Friskies or 9 Lives. I now go tp San Mateo for bulk food! Ferral cats aren't picky eaters.

The store is so lovely to shop because of it's well thought out organization and impeccable staff. I always feel welcome by the wonderful pet food express employees because they always say hello when I come in and they always express sincere interest in helping me If I need it. I'm proud to say that I spoil my furry family member and I trust this particular store as my go-to to to pick up the best food and toys for my ginger cat.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Towels and apron provided. Wet collars available if needed at cashier.

We went in with a small dog with a tick. They helped us decide what tick tool to use by demonstrating it and helping us remove that tick plus killing the tick with other recommendations about ticks. The customers were friendly as well with tick removal recommendations as well. I used their self-serving dog washing station and was impressed by all the things offered there first time using something like this. For $18 to wash poop on my dog, it was worth it. I will definitely use this again and as it was recommended to use the tree oil shampoo to deter or get rid of ticks!

One of the best pet supplies places around . I got my kitty a catnip caterpillar and some of her favorite chicken treats and she is so happy

Don't recommend this store the manager does not care about the customers and are putting all there customers in danger I was treated poorly by a skinny tall dude with emo hair style and glasses all I can remember his name started with a j he mistreated my baby Molly and when I complained his manager covered for him. I will be calling and suing this store and the manager and employee that took "care" of my fur baby will pay I have pictures of the marks they gave Molly she is a small Chihuahua when I picked her up she had marks and cuts on the side of her neck.

I am really happy with this pet food express. It's nice and clean, and well organized. The staff are really great. They don't necessarily have sales, but if you can stock up, the buy 3 get 1 free deal applies to almost everything in the store. Great little doggy bath stations in the back. My only negative isn't really their fault. The way the parking lot is set up, it's sometimes pretty hard to get right up in front. So, if yo have a heavy bag of dog food or 4 you can end up a little car from the store. I am sure if I asked someone would help out.
