I needed winter boots form my 88 yr old mother who has edema in her feet. I called the store a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Ally. She told me their stock should be in within the next 1.5 weeks. I called back 1.5 weeks and she agreed to put a pair of winter boots aside for us so that we could come the following Saturday to try them on mom. When we arrived at the store, Ally was the first person we spoke with. I told her our name and she immediately went back to get the boots she had put aside. They were too tight, so Ally and her coworker kept looking for other winter boots width and styles until they found the perfect fit! Mom is delighted as was I. The service was exceptional, and they were a pleasure to do business with.
Good store and varieties of shoes to choose from .Also High quality. The only negative is that they don't return . At least there should be a period of 1 week for residents of Cornwall to return or exchange. They should ask for address and phone number and give 1week chance for return.
I had a wonderful experience today at Lindale's Shoes. I went in with intent to buy a pair of Birkenstock sandals. The woman who helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and keen to help me without feeling annoyed by my need to try every pair on. I left with an amazing pair of sandals at an extremely amazing price.
