While I was able to get a good pair of slippers they didn't have running shoes to suit me, but neither did any place in Cornwall. Good place, small, but good help makes up for the other.
great shoes. Customer service non existent. Don't expect a hello,smile or eye contact. Do not expect an offer of assistance, you are in the wrong place!
By far the best shoe store in Cornwall. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, always willing to take the time with you. Very highly recommended. I won't buy shoes anywhere else.
Went there 12/10/14 although the young woman was polite enough, she could not of been more disinterested or apparently annoyed to have a customer. I wondered aloud at what size my foot might be I have lost a lot of weight and shoes feel smaller. She handed me a measure and left me to figure it out. I asked questions about some of the boots, she again wasn't totally unhelpful but really? I am looking at spending over $200 and she's BORED? Finally, annoyed, I said "You are going to have to work a little harder to get my money" - we left. I purchased a pair of boots Sorel Snow Lions at a local competitor. This is the reason small pricey shops fail - if you have great customer service - you MIGHT have a chance but as it was, your service can best be described as terrible.
