Going to this clinic is the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. I finally reached a certain weight and decided enough was enough. I am terrible at keeping myself accountable, and I’ve tried numerous diets only to lose some weight and gain it all back. The people at this location are so fabulous. I especially love the manager, Linda. She really shows that she’s invested in your success. I love going in first thing in the morning to see my progress and to review and critique my action plan/ meals. I’ve lost 29 pounds since April and still going. Their food is delicious as well. A little pricey but I think paying money is one of the big motivators to get the most out of your membership. I feel better than ever.

I have lost weight several times before. Like others, being isolated for two years caused me to be depressed. When this happens, my metabolism stops. So, I went back to Lindora to get a handle on my weight. However, this time the program had changed. So had the products. I found the program to be more complex and harder. Maybe because I am older.... The biggest issue, however, was the Lindora products.  In previous programs, I had depended on the products. This time, for the first three weeks, I had painful stomach cramps and diaharria. One of the nurses finally identified the cause: sorbitol. Lindora had changed its sugarfree sweetener. Now I can only use a couple of the Lindora products. This has made the program much more difficult. Thank God for the nurses. Without their encouragement, I would have quit months ago. I have lost weight, but the process has been long and discouraging. I have never found another program that worked, but I am determined to drop the pounds, so I will stick with it.

My reviews for the Laguna Hills Clinic. I paid for a year at this clinic and i had paid for a full year. I still had 5 shots left. When i went in to get the treatment, the staff stated they couldn't open my file. It turns out that day i called and stated i was not going to renew my contract. The staff at the office had called the HQ and froze my account. The staff in the clinic informed me that they cannot do anything and could not give me my shot and then they said the can not give me a refund for what was owed to me. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is sad when you pay in advance and abide by the contract and they do not honor it. 5 shots is still money.

Went there today all excited to hear about the plan. First thing is the entrance to the place is not the easiest to find. Big sign, so you think its right there, but no it's an eyeglass place. Go around the corner and its something else. I called no one answered, looked at info on the web and they close at 4pm., but it was only 2:30. So walked around again and found this most inconspicuous door at the very corner. Went up the stairs to the 2nd floor. No one was at the front desk. Rang the bell, a lady with white hair in a pony tail comes out of one of the rooms, looks at me and goes into another room. Nothing as much as "hello, I'll be right with you" or any of the sort. I just stood there waiting.  Then, rang the bell again,  nothing.  So I left. What a place! Just the think to snuff your enthusiasm about hearing about the program. Hmmm. I guess not.

This place has the most inexperienced, cold and rude staff I hope they change the manager in this clinic !!!
