Walmart Pharmacy

Got my COVID vaccine today and the staff were amazing. There was a computer glitch that led to more people showing up than scheduled and they managed to get everyone in quickly, efficiently and with friendly and reassuring service. Thank you!

Called in my prescription at 2, got to the pharmacy at 4, told half hour more. 45 minutes later the very very rude pharmacy clerk said it’s not done and when I asked how long it would be she said….as you can see all these people are here for a vaccine so I have no idea. It’s not only what she said but how she said it. She was so very rude. Sorry you don’t like your job but don’t take it out on the customers.

Staff bored and unhelpful. Spoke with pharmacist and he smiled and was fake and condescending. Very very poor customer service and starts with the managing pharmacist. He smiles and says I can't help being fake and condescending all in perfect harmony. Need to find other pharmacy. While convenient too many hassles and too much poor attitude.

Everyone is always so attentive and they show how much they care. Even on the busiest days with long lines, Theh handle each customer interaction with care and smiles on their faces. Thank you all so much

It’s a Walmart, so it gets busy sometimes. But, all in all, they always help me as much as they can, are pleasant, and professional.

Pharmacist Kathy is the best. Very helpful, knowledgeable and concerned about her patients well-being. Always has a smile on her face!

The current staff really doesn't seem to have a clue! Every month for years I have picked up the same prescriptions, but they now screw it up every time, I end up having to come back 2 to 3 times just to get my prescriptions. And I checked on line and the site says I have picked up prescriptions that I have not.

If you can avoid this pharmacy try the one off Technology in Irvine. This pharmacy is a mess. I called in a prescription at noon was told an hour. It is now 4 o clock and now I'm being told another 30 min. Just so we're clear 4 and a half hours.

They are super super unacceptable they are super rude and don’t want to help every single time they give you a different time they say 1 hour then 2 and they don’t know what there doing they completely Ignored us and we’re there for about 3 hours becaus they were completely useless and horrible service never go to this pharmacy and are really really racist

Happy, friendly kind people, great service and great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone!!
