We have been going to this store to shop for more than 6 years. I was very surprised to see sheets, bath rugs, home rugs,curtains,pillow covers, duvet sets and lots of other home stuff at such amazing prices and quality. We have bought a lot of sheets, sheet sets, duvet sets and bath rugs. The employees are very courteous and help you find stuff. I visited this store for the first time since Covid and it is nice and clean, people keep their distance and it was not crowded at all. Good place to visit to shop.

This store is appalling awful. The inventory never seems to change, we bought something and needed to return, this store does not give refunds instead store credit only. We came back 5 separate times to see if they received the white curtains we asked about. They kept promising they'll come in next week, and then a week after that, and nothing. The staff has no idea about the product, and don't seem to care. Avoid this place, this is the worst store we've ever been to. Thanks for nothing.

Good value, but reasonable quality curtains, area rugs, towels, sheets. I get occasional coupons 1-2/year is all I see via email. I just stopped by 8/11/17 and there's a big sign saying the building has been sold, and they are closing. Much sadness.

Prices are good and selections aren't bad. Its not a huge store but I always seems to find want I need for a decent price. There's another store further down the street, but they charge 3 times as much for lesser quality and much fewer selection. No refunds here, only exchanges.

I cannot speak for the stores, but I will never order online from them again. After waiting three weeks for the item I ordered I called today. I was informed they cancelled my order and notified me multiple times. I checked my spam folder and my entire inbox. The only email they ever sent me was one confirming my order. If you expect service from this company, forget about it.

We bought one panel curtain on Dec 29th 6:27pm. The curtain size 50 x 96, only had one panel leftover. The store was getting to close at 6:30pm. The lady, Cindy, was rushing to close the store. She told us that we could buy first, if we don’t like it , we could get the exchange or store credit to use in the future. On Jan 3th, we were back, there were still no 50 x 96. They told us we could check later to see if there were more inventory. However, when we were back on Jan 17th, the lady who has long and curly hair, told us the exchange policy was in 10days and suggested us coming back on Jan 21 afternoon to ask the store manager. On 21st afternoon, I went back again. The store manager was trying to exchange it in the beginning , however, after he checked the system, he told the panel can not be returned because the SKU number had no longer existed. I asked the reason why the SKU number had wiped out from system. He said because the lady sold me the LAST ONE Panel!!! Speechless... if there is no more inventory for a pair of curtains, why tried to sell the curtains to me when I clearly stated that the curtains need to be a pair???? Then, he started to make other excuses, such as, the store doesn’t need to tell 10days return policy until customers to ask. I ASKED; WE ASKED! Just no one told us about that. I explained that to the store manager, the lady was rushing to close the store without mentioning the details. He could verify the time and details with her what happened. Guess what he answered? He said if he asked her now, she MUST say she had told me... How did he for sure about that?? He winked his eyes with a sly smile and said that he knew she would... So I left the store instead of wasting time to argue with a person in so unreasonable a state of mind. Btw, majority of the items in the store, you can easily find them online, such as Amazon. The same items,better price, much better service! Don’t waste your energy there.

I have bought the most outstanding rugs and bed clothes from them for 12+ years. I have never been disappointed in their service or their products. I'm going today to look for a plum area rug - I hope I can find one!

I bought curtains from them and they were too dark. I returned them day after thanksgiving and never received my money back. It is now December 27. Have called and send emails multiple times. They keep saying someone will call but no one calls and still am out my money.

Good quality linens since i got a queen set and a bunch of egyptian bath towels i cant be more satisfied by the softness of them as well as the vast assortment of other fabrics they have available.

This place cracks me up. The employees are surprisingly funny and very helpful. They have had a "clearance" sale going on since I moved to the neighborhood 8 years ago.
