Our facility provides everything necessary to take care of you and your family’s needs through our membership, classes, camps and childcare. We also provide activities that allow you and your family opportunities to grow together. A membership at the Y has everything to make your spirit, mind and body healthy.
We promise to fulfill the 150 year old Y tradition of never turning anyone away because of gender, creed, ethnicity or financial need. That is what makes the Y different from any other fitness facility.

Wellness: Over 150 group exercise classes offered per week including spinning, yoga, pilates, SilverSneakers, Les Mills certified and other cardio classes. Wellness Centers complete with the latest Precor equipment and technology. Group Exercise Classes, Wellness Center and three free fitness orientations are included in membership.
Aquatics: One indoor and one outdoor pool. Enjoy lap swimming, aquatic exercise and swim lessons. Use of our pools and our Aquatic Water Exercise classes are included in membership.
Childcare: Babysitting (free for Family members), Preschool, Daycare, Afterschool and Summer Camp services on campus.
Other amenities: Adult Locker Rooms, Gymnasium, outdoor basketball court, playground and more.
