My goal is to help people through their most challenging times by creating safe and trusting therapeutic relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families who struggle with anxiety, transitions, and parenting issues. I help clients create healthy coping skills for life. I have long advocated for women, empowering them to meet and overcome life challenges. I have extensive experience helping grieving clients heal from loss. Integrating a variety of modalities, including mindfulness techniques, self-compassion, and expressive arts, I am able to inspire clients to overcome stressors and emotional challenges so they can live with contentment and joy.
