I've had a great experience working with Little Fish. Keila is super organized, handles everything electronically, asked the right questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My finances changed quite a bit this past year since I purchased a home and became primary caretaker for my dad, so I decided to get myself a real accountant and not take the risk of doing my own taxes. I'd definitely recommend her services!

I was on a hunt to find an excellent accountant and learned about Little Fish Accounting through my client. I knew that I wanted to work with Keila during our initial call. During my consultation, her advice based on my notes showed that she cared about my concerns and able to articulate ways to grow my business that was easy to apply instantly, by creating a system that allowed me to understand my numbers better. I launched my business in June 2019. I was looking for an accounting firm that was good with helping new business owners set up. So far, I've been very pleased with Little Fish Accounting. I chose what they call "The Assist" package. With this package, they set up your QuickBooks and manage your books for a month; all along teaching you how to do it yourself at the end of a 3-month period. The team did a good job guiding me through the process. I most appreciate that Little Fish Accounting is very responsive. All my e-mail questions are acknowledged and answered within a reasonable amount of time usually w/i 48 hours. I feel very prepared to manage my books going forward. I also know that as questions come up Little Fish will be there to help me! I’m looking forward to a long-term collaboration! I'm also having them prepare my 2019 tax returns.

Can't believe this is the first review! I found Keila with Little Fish Accounting through a networking/workshop event announcement but I was unable to make it. After following her for a while on social media and saw her generosity to continually educate with tips and facts for small business owners, I contacted her for my tax preparation. As a fairly new entrepreneur myself, I really needed help with completing my taxes thoroughly and correctly because I had a number of different income streams that year and a long list of expenses that I wanted to make sure were properly accounted for. Although Keila and I never met in person, she has been very responsive via phone call and email communication and I really appreciated that. She ensured I had the best possible outcome and made me feel taken care of. After having serious headaches with the first accountant I ever hired this past tax season, I was so lucky to find Keila for 2018. She was very organized in how she collected needed documents from me, and also great at explaining more complicated business tax terms to me. So far it looks like I'll be getting money back this year, which was not the case last year. So definitely a win! I'll be using Little Fish and Keila again for my 2019 Taxes.

I have never left an appointment with an accountant feeling empowered about taking on my business's accounting and bookkeeping tasks, but after one call with Keila, I can honestly say that I finally left an appointment feeling well equipped, confident and empowered to take on my bookkeeping.
