Had a great time! Cabin was clean and cozy. Be prepared- if you want firewood, the park only sells it from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Luckily there's a roadside farm a mile down the road that sells it for the same price.
We had a fantastic family vacation renting a cabin in Little Sioux Park. The beach, Little Sioux River, and the playgrounds were awesome! We plan to come back.
Our family stayed at the cabin and it was an amazing time. Very spacious. Lots of room to run outside. Over all we were happy about our stay.
Went only to fish and grill. Grills are an awesome size, similar to those at Snyders bend. The water level wasn't very high which was a little surprise, no swimming as of yet.
Very clean, and employees are helpful
Very clean and quiet. Water was low in the lake but still kayaked. Stayed in cabin. Education on reptiles was fun for everyone.
Nice area, not too buggy when we went Labor Day weekend. Has a park, bathrooms decently close, sites are nice size, and has trails.
Beautiful campground with a friendly staff and super affordable. The bathhouses are well maintained and clean.
My boys love coming here. Great, clean park.
This country campground is one of the best calling areas of all varieties that if ever stayed in. Water, electricity, and WiFi are all available. Access to the river and a small lake including a beach is right there. Picnic areas, playgrounds, a ball field, volleyball court, and cabins for rent top off an extensive list of amenities. Shade was plentiful, and rates are very affordable. Fantastic experience as a drop in cannot over a summer weekend.
