Little Wood Flooring and Cabinetry

We couldn’t be happier with the work we had done by Little Wood Flooring! They installed all new stair posts, handrails & balusters and they are just beautiful. They also finished the stair work that another local contractor “couldn’t do” - also beautiful and we love it. Here are before & after pics. Thank you, so much, to the Little Team!!

So, this is my experience. The toilet plumbing failed and the place flooded. My girlfriends makeup was floating around, 1st world problems: I decided to go with these guys, Chris and Scott KILLED IT! They were super cool to chat with and very polite! Their work is something they should be hugely proud of! Even the price was great! After they left it was like Ninjas leaving! Didn’t ever know they came! Well done boys! Thank you Littlewood Flooring and Logan. 100% stoked!

After dealing with a company with poor customer service it was extremely nice to work with one that was responsive and got back to you when they said they would. The show room has plenty of styles and price points and the quote was inline with others. It was the customer service that earned the job. The crews were on time, completed the job and made sure to walk through with me at the end. Any future jobs I will be sure to use Little Flooring. Thanks to all the guys, job well done!!

I was so pleased with Little Floor from the quote process, to estimate to job completion. They came when they said they would and finished on time. All the workers were efficient and friendly and I was happy to have them in my home. The team kept my house as clean as possible and left it in great shape. I had used Little about 10 years ago in another home and called them again because of the good job they did. This time was just as amazing. I am so thankful for the knowledge this team had, shared and the finish they produced. HIGHLY recommend.

Great people to work with; professionals; provided quality workmanship. We used them to replace all the floors in our home. They came when they said they would and finished the job on time. I was able to trust them to come and go as needed while I was at work. They did such a good job with the floors, we used them to help with two bathroom remodels. I've recommended them to family, friends and co-workers.

We searched around with many flooring contractors in the area, including some of the big box stores and guys you see ads for on TV. Little Wood Flooring impressed us the most. Their staff is very friendly and passionate about what they do. They really give it their all and won't mislead you. One or two contractors we looked at had slightly better pricing, but none matched their professionalism and quality of service. My wife and I had some new carpeting installed, and Little Wood Flooring was able to guide us into making the best decision for our new home, and had a very quick turnaround time. Best of all, our new carpeting looks great! When we decide to have some new flooring installed in our bathrooms, without hesitation we will call Little Wood Flooring!

I should reviewed this quite sometime ago however I just passed their store on the road and remembered that I never did give a review. But I was doing a small room in my house so I stopped in and spoke to the owner one day and extremely nice guy. He told me to reach back to them once I figured out how many square foot and we discussed the product. This particular room was only 110 ft.² however I did make it known to his young lady that sits at the front desk that the second order will be much larger but in a different area of the house but I need to make sure that I’m going to like the product so I only want at first 110 ft.². So she literally said back to me all you want is 110 ft.² and I said yes for now. She was supposed to call me with pricing and never did.... I made a total of four calls and spoke to her each time and she acted normal each phone call and still never gave me a price ..... she acted overly nice as well. This took place for about 4 weeks. but Its as if like the job is too small for them. All I needed was the product and not an install however they really missed out because since then I’ve bought 1000 square-foot. I did like the product! So that was in their loss but it just goes to show you how they do their customer service. If the job isnt big you’re not good enough. She was supposed to call me with pricing and never did I made a total of four calls spoke to her each time and she acted normal each phone call and still never gave me a price always saying “I’ll call you back”. it’s like the job/order was too small for them. It was very strange. My job is purely customer service based so I don’t understand this type of mentality. But I know it was intentional I just don’t understand why and I often questioned myself wondering if the owner knew this was happening..... I went to a much larger competitor and got an awesome price with wonderful customer service.

Little Wood Flooring did a buff and recoat of the hardwood floors in my house on 5/20/19. Area refinished was 1,300 sf. Their price was fair, they were able to come on my chosen date with only a little over a month's notice and they did an excellent job. Would certainly use them again.
