The idea is simple, “we change lives,” and is the foundation of Liven Up Health and Fitness. We feel that there needs to be a place in the community with an environment that demonstrates that someone truly cares about the people here and supports their fitness needs as individuals and especially as families.
Today there are a lot of fitness choices out there, but our mission is to provide you with a clean and safe place to work out while offering the latest in fitness programming and technology. We are the first club in town to embrace functional fitness and other newer methods of reaching your personal fitness goals.
Most clubs fail because they forget that this business is not just about fitness, it is about people. Our goal is to provide support to you when you need a place to escape for an hour or two.
If you’re new to fitness, come get started in an environment that will patiently help you get going in something you know you need in your life. We tailor programs to every individual and provide programs for the everyday fitness enthusiasts to the beginner just starting their journey.
