Yesterday Tony Plutino of Llano River Region Adventures guided me on a kayak trip on the Llano River. He made the trip incredibly memorable with his historic knowledge and knowledge of animal life and geology. He tailored the trip to my capability, and also provided a great deal of gentle instruction. There were many fun little current spots that he was able to expertly guide us through, making the trip a wonderful adventure. We paddled about 6 miles on the river, and even though the flow was low, only had to walk once for about a minute. We saw lots of wildlife, and enjoyed a late afternoon to early evening paddle on the Llano that I will never forget. I highly recommend Tony Plutino as a guide, and taking a kayak paddle trip down the Llano.
Loved kayaking the Llano river!! Tony had everything we needed and made it easy. The river itself is beautiful and you never know what you may see.. we saw goats, cows, rapids, bluffs, rocks, birds, and turtles.. fantastic ride
