Wonderful experience working with this location of Sunbelt. Reserved a 27hp self propelled stump grinder and it worked/ran like a champ. Got it with a full tank, the staff loaded it into my trailer for me as I was signing the paperwork. In and out in 10min. We returned it a day early and the check out process was 15min or less. In and out. Lightening fast service. The machine was clean when we got it, full of gas and it literally ran the full 8 hour rental like a champ. Not a single hiccup. It was able to tackle many sizeable pine stumps greater than 12inches straight across, as well as, countless stumps the size of your fist down to the size of a dime. We were able to strip the stumps and the root balls with realative ease. So glad we got the self propelled model as pushing a smaller model around for 8 hours would not have been kind to your back. For a smaller job with a single stump here or there, id rent the smaller unit. But for our massive "strip job", we preferred the ease at which this unit just ate thru so many stumps and saplings. I would recommend this place for your rental needs over others like home depot, because of how well sunbelt maintenance their equipment to make sure you get the time you paid for, and you aren't losing time with something that isn't working right. Thank you for the awesome experience. Will most definitely recommend it to others, and will be using Sunbelt rentals again for any future projects. I hope the pictures attached show just how many saplings and stumps we had to deal with to start, and the finished product 8 hours later that shows there is nothing left but the scraps of hundreds of roots/stumps. For any DIYer, look no further than the equipment offered at Sunbelt. They have any tool for the job and will teach how to operate them safely and effectively.
Johnny at the desk, rented me the exact unit I needed. I wanted to go cheap for the Stump grinder rental, Johnny insisted I upgrade. The man was 100% correct, I grinded all 9 stumps in my yard and even one of my neighbors. Some stumps were 3x3 ft! All done in 6.5 hours. Glad I listened to him, and happy I got the job done. Johnny gave me the full walk around, showed me how to operate this unit and the 'best practices' when using the unit. Very happy with my experience and the results, I was nervous and unsure going into this. Doing stuff yourself is cheaper and much more rewarding! Will be back!
Good team that has always helped me out getting the equipment I need saving me a ton of money as a DIY homeowner
These guys were on the ball and we were in and out in record time. They certainly aren't cheap but the equipment we rented worked as advertised and the guys that helped us were friendly and helpful.

I am a contractor and rent compressors from these folks every month. Mike and his team are always pleasant and very helpful. They work hard to satisfy the customer and have been a pleasure to work with. I use to rent from another company but made the change because these folks have much better customer service.
Very helpful staff and reasonable rates. I rented a floor polisher and on a separate occasion, a massive floor fan. They now have a storefront at Walmart. I used to rent from Home Depot in Stafford, but I’ve switched all my rental needs to Sunbelt.
*Return customer to this store* I've rented a few things from this store over the years. They have consistently been the friendliest and most helpful bunch I've ever dealt with. They are focused on getting you the right equipment for the job and making sure you are getting the job done. I had a small issue with the latest machine I rented, they were very helpful to troubleshoot and ultimately swapped it out when I couldnt get the original to work. They had zero hesitation in getting me swapped out and back on the road to finish the job. Exceptional customer service from every single employee I spoke to.
Patrick has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills. We will definitely be using Sunbelt again in the near future! Thanks for renting us the mini backhoe for the week, we were able to accomplish a lot of projects with it. Looking forward to working with you and the team at sunbelt again!!!
Rented a plate compactor with a pad here and service was quick and professional. When I requested the pad, they didn't look at me as if I had two heads like the guy at Home Depot did. So, if you need the rubber pad so you don't scar your pavers when you compact them go to Sunbelt. Equipment check in was just as easy and fast as check out. Price was very comparable to Home Depot as well.
