Jimmy made mine and my wife’s move in experience so easy and worry free with his willingness to help and his genuine care of his customers. We loved the blue welcoming sign when we first pulled in the apartment complex. It really made us feel at home. Unfortunately, the day after we moved in, it was painted back to the color white but that’s okay! We still love living here at Lodge at Lakeshore. Jimmy bought us our first dinner here in our new apartment for our first night. It definitely made things easier moving in since we had no groceries. Jimmy has been so kind to us during our stay here thus far. He even sent my wife a card with a little gift in it since her birthday is close. Jimmy has definitely made us feel at home and welcome and we would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to move to an apartment in Greensboro.

Thank you Jimmy for helping my husband and I move in experience so easy! Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the blue painting and thought it was perfect. It definitely made finding the complex easy! The maintenance staff here is also amazing! They’re so quick and know what they’re doing when it comes to any issues with the apartment. We love living here and glad to call it our home. Again, thanks Jimmy for always going above and beyond for your residents!

Prior to movie-in: I've lived in apartments most of my adult life and I'm not exaggerating when I say that Jimmy has been the best property manager I've ever dealt with. I called him a few weeks ago and he actually answered the phone unlike basically every other apartment I've ever called and was super polite and professional on that call. We've since maintained contact through email and it's always been polite and professional and to the point. He tells me what form to fill out and I do it. I ask him a question and he always emails me back within the hour. Again this morning I emailed him about the next move-in step and he got back to me in minutes telling me that he's having new paint and new carpet put in. Moving from out-of-state is already stressful enough, but Jimmy feels like he's managing a community--not some place he just shows up for a paycheck. I know it sounds weird especially from my usual experiences, but this landlord seems like a someone who actually cares about his tenants. For now though the one thing I can say for certain is that Jimmy has been excellent to work with and I would recommend calling him if you're looking for a place in Greensboro. Edit: One week since move-in: I've lived here for about a week now and I am happy with my experience so far. The move-in process was easy, I filled out the paperwork and showed up the morning of and Jimmy handed me the keys. He also provided a gift bag of garlic bread and spaghetti for your first night's meal, which was so wholesome and thoughtful. Walmart and target are a 5 minute drive one way and there's a food lion and dollar store 8 minutes the other way. The property itself is in really good shape. Good landscaping. People pick up after their dogs. The few tenants I've interacted with have been polite to me. It's right next to a highway so there's nothing can be done about the traffic noise, but it's otherwise pretty quiet here. My apartment is nice and had been thoroughly cleaned before I moved in--Jimmy also put in one of those glade plug-in air freshener things. I've seen a few small house spiders inside my apartment, but I leave them alone since they eat other bugs. More importantly though, I've seen zero roaches or ants inside. From my experience so far I would still highly recommend calling or emailing Jimmy if you're looking to move to Greensboro. Edit 1 month since moving in: this place is great. no complaints. it's quiet except for the highway, but it's nothing can be done about that. everyone leaves me alone. i feel safe in my apartment and no one has touched my car in the parking lot. would still high recommend getting in touch with Jimmy.

My friend and I were looking for apartments in Greensboro and we happened to stumble across The Lodge at Lakeshore after reaching out to one of their sister properties.  We made the call to see if they had any tours available and Mia asked when we wanted to come in. We just got in town and advised her that we were on our way. We arrived and were greeted by Jimmy and Mia. Jimmy took us on a tour of the clubhouse and an apartment that was available. The apartment was very spacious, clean and was available on the spot. We immediately fell in love. The view was amazing and it just seemed so peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, within 10 min from everything you could possibly need. What really sold us was Jimmy and his personality. He was so personable and caring and assured us that he would take good care of us. After leaving we knew that we didn't need to look elsewhere and immediately started the application process. Within a few days we were approved and moved in the following week. The application process couldn't have been any smoother. Jimmy was great at keeping us up to date and answered all of our questions within a more than timely manner. Move in day was a breeze. There was one small issue with the apartment when moving in, we immediately emailed Jimmy and within 15 min maintenance was here to fix the problem. Couldn’t  have asked for a more seamless move in. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Even though I did not choose this location, but it was definitely my 2nd choice. I loved the scenery of the lake from the balcony view. Large living space w/ a cute balcony. You have to see it in person cause pictures does not do justice for this complex. But the icing on the cake, Jimmy the property mgr had a kind and awesome personality! He communicates well and fast too. Jimmy went beyond the stars for me. Thank you Jimmy

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, filled with pretty cool people. Most importantly Jimmy and staff were amazing the entire length of our lease. The complex was always throughly informed on important information and he never missed birthdays or holiday treats for everyone. When we first looked at our unit , we instantly felt at home, not because of the apartment itself but because of the compassion and level of professionalism Jimmy displayed. Jimmy is probably the best property manager we have ever experienced and made sure we felt like we were at home. He and his crew always get it done ! We never had to wait long periods of time for repairs or concerns. He was never hard to get in contact with either , the most consistent and friendly property manager EVER ! Though some neighbors would disregard issues, the lodge made sure the entire complex was maintained and looked just as the pictures show online. We thank and love Jimmy and the entire lodge crew greatly for doing what they do and did for our family while staying at Lodge at Lakeshore. I could go on a few more paragraphs but you guys get the point. I highly recommend anyone move here. Nice family oriented apartment complex with beautiful and well maintained units. We will never ever forget the lodge. We love Lodge At Lakeshore Highly recommended 5 out of 5 stars !

My experience was a little different, as I did not actually move in. However, the property is well kept, clean, as is the apartment that I was scheduled to move into. Current tenants that I spoke with prior to deciding to move to the community spoke highly of the community and the Property Manager Mr. Jimmy. I found out on Christmas Eve that my place was no longer on the market and I was no longer required to move my move out date was 12-28-21. Mt. Jimmy was disappointed but he returned all of the monies that I invested in preparation to move to The Lodge at Lakeshore. I would definitely recommend the community, as management seems really nice and fair.

Jimmy and his staff go above and beyond to make every resident feel as though they are well taken care of and accommodated for. This opinion has not changed in almost a year of residency at The Lodge. Jimmy is beyond exceptional at quickly within minutes, every time responding to inquiries, as well as keeping all residents informed of property updates, schedule changes, and other pertinent resident-matters. Grounds are very well maintained and kept clean, which is nice to see in a pet-accepting community. Dragan, on the maintenance staff, is a pleasure to talk to when there is ever any maintenance request or changing of air filters, installing/replacing fire detection systems, etc. He can also be seen routinely riding around picking up any trash that happens to not make it to the dumpsters, which is very much appreciated. The location is a couple of minutes from a plethora of shopping options off W Wendover Ave/W Gate City Blvd., and a straight shot from I-85; both are extremely convenient for my needs. Would highly recommend The Lodge to anyone, particularly anyone new to the area.

My sister and myself were searching for an Apt in towards the end of the summer and happen to stumble upon The Lodge and are so happy we did! The property manager Jimmy gave us the beat welcome and assistance anyone could ask for with the move in process. We love the Apt! Very spacious and clean when we moved in. Also like the 24/7 access to the gym as well. A big perk. But what really has made living here so wonderful is property management, jimmy in particular and the peacefulness of the complex.

We moved in mid-July 2021 and it has been a wonderful experience. We've had to place a maintenance request twice for some small things as you do when you first move in, and quite literally within the hour of placing the ticket maintenance was in our apartment fixing. That's a first out of the several apartments we have lived in, and for that alone I'd recommend living here. There's plenty of other things to praise. The grounds are well-kept and tidy, and the property manager Jimmy and his team were very communicative leading up to our move-in. On move-in day, they gave us a sweet little welcome basket with spaghetti noodles and sauce to make for dinner that night, as Jimmy thought we would be tired after moving all day. I think that speaks volumes about Jimmy's approach to residents here, and we are very thankful we have ended up at Lodge at Lakeshore!
