Overall, a great stay! The staff are on it and everything you need is within walking distance. Food next door at the tavern was amazing! Rustic, but renovated. The only thing that bugged me was the first night, there was a family in the room next door and since our rooms had adjoining doors it was easier to hear. Otherwise, lovely time! Rooms: Lovely rooms Nearby activities: Within walking distance to Blackie's Pasture Food & drinks: The Tavern next door is great.
My wife and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The staff are very accommodating. Having an electric car charger was a big plus. The room we rented was very spacious and had a nice view of the hillside and gave us a couple nice sunsets. Would love to stay here again. Walkability: In the center of town within walking distance of a lot of places to visit.
Essentially an old motel, but kept in excellent shape. Very nice staff and a very good small bar that also serves an excellent breakfast. If you are sensitive to noise, you will hear other guests passing your room. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are basic.
Not a very nice property, extremely mediocre. I heard a kid in the hot tub refer to it as a $300/night Motel 6...pretty accurate actually. I booked through Expedia, then 3 weeks after my stay the Lodge charged me $85 that they claim is the resort fee. I wasn't notified that they were going to do that, they essentially just helped themselves to my credit card nearly a month after my stay. Then I had to call 6 times asking them to email me the invoice for that charge. The area is absolutely stunning but honestly this lodge is trash.
Great customer service - I love the whole staff: Jeff, Orlando, Javier, Manuel and Kathy are super friendly and are always eager to help. We enjoy the pool, hot tub and beautiful rooms. This is our favorite place in Marin county. Rooms: Nice, clean and quiet rooms
Free and ample parking. EV Chargers. Clean room. We were on the 2nd floor with 2 Queen beds. Family friendly. Dog friendly. My kid enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Close to SF. Great location. Close to ammenities, stores and restaurants. I requested a bassinet for my baby but it wasn’t provided but it wasn’t a big deal. Wish the room had a microwave for my baby’s food but it wasn’t a deal breaker as my husband was able to use one at the lobby. All in all highly recommend. Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious. Walkability: Few minute walk to a park with a great view of the Golden gate bridge.
It was fine yrs ago for after a Corinthian yacht club event, but now really? 250 for a glorified motel, when i can pay 100 more for waters edge with all their amenities and VIEW? Or 200 more for mill valley inn, perfection. And i lived in marin 20 years. And all the others offer senior rates/aaa rates as well.
You can tell it's an older place. Stayed on the third floor, you could hear it creak and pop when you walked around. Wasn't bad for me, but I wondered what the room below us thought. Went down to the restaurant, was promptly seated and given a menu. Waited about 15 minutes and still no water or waiter to take our order. Finally got up and went back to the room. I tried to order a pizza for delivery, but no one delivered to this area and the only pizza place nearby was already closed. Just settled for snacks out of my back pack and settled in for a good movie.
