This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the US. We were back in Green Bay because my mother in law is dying. The folks here didn’t know that but nonetheless they took such good care of us! Everyone is wonderful and the service is impeccable at every level but Cary and Abigail in particular saved the day for us a few times and were so sweet to our toddler Bennett! Will be back here soon!

We ended up in Green Bay randomly.  I called Lodge Kohler at the last minute and they were more the helpful. They were able to send the shuttle to get me from the airport. Our room was clean and very comfortable, they accommodated all my random requests, even delivered a slice of birthday cake the next morning!Rooms: 5/5

Hello, Last week our group of friends stayed at the Kohler Lodge for a couple nights during the Packer game. Our stay was very nice, Spa was relaxing. We end up going to the tavern upstairs for cocktails, wine, champagne and appetizers after the game- Our experience was ruined by one of the bartenders tall- bold guy who was a rude pig , absolutely disgusting! He actually used the F word towards me. I honestly’ve never seen anything like that in my life! Left speechless!

Great location and fun activities to in the area sledding hill tour of lambeau field fantastic room service and nice staff, I asked for lotion and it was at our room before I got back up to it. And the showers were very cool!Rooms: 5/5

Very nice hotel and great location if you are going to a game. Room was clean with nice amenities- iPad in room was dead so I wasn’t able to use it. Shower was amazing! Will be back to stay longer to get full experience.

Excellent accommodations, super friendly staff.  Doesn't get any better than this. Went out of their way for my birthday and our Anniversary.Rooms: 5/5

Love the service, everyone is friendly !  The only thing is bedside lights would  be appreciated for those who have to use the restroom in the middle of the night,Rooms: 4/5

This hotel is the biggest disappointment I have had in a long time. It is poorly run, service is horrible and  the room has some sort of fan noise that made it impossible to sleep. Kohler should really be disappointed and this really tarnished their brand. When you stay at a Kohler facility, you have certain expectations and this place failed to meet any of them.  - Dining - closed - Ran out of bagels in cafe - Took forever to check in - Ventilation in the room runs 24x7. I had to wear   noise canceling headphones at night to sleep - Internet is unusable - no room service.  Need I say more? I would and will in the future avoid at all costs.

Place is great. For the price, it would nice to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby.  Nearby activities: Right next to Titletown area with sledding, skating and outdoor fire places. Also outside bar. Right next to Hinterland Brewery.
