Kohler Waters Spa

I celebrated my birthday at Kohler Waters Spa and loved everything about my first time experience. A glass of complimentary champagne, beautiful pool area, very relaxing environment and extremely accommodating staff. I felt extra special and taken care of. My 50 min healing waters service was amazing, I loved having the steady water flow, getting my hair washed and a massage to end. A wonderful experience that I’ll be back for!

Very professional staff who were down to earth and friendly. My favorite, besides the massage service, was the hot tub and cold water plunge! Beautiful amenities including use of the steam room, sauna, deep relaxation room, and hot tub. They definitely did not make us feel rushed or hurried through any of the services. I would highly recommend!

Was an awesome experience! I received a uniquely yours massage, and was absolutely amazing. It was my first time ever getting a massage and the staff made me feel super comfortable, and Dan was great! Only took a star off due to the whirlpool room being under renovation. Otherwise was a lovely experience and will be back!

First time here and booking my green and gold pedicure was fast and easy. The pedicure was amazing and the aesthetician was very friendly and a pleasure to converse with. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the actual check in process when I arrived. It would have been nice to have the girl ask I'd ever been there before and give me a bit of a tour and explanation of things. Instead, she handed me a key, told me what was in the corresponding locker and told me to go into the relaxation room to wait.

Incredible! We had a girls weekend at the spa that Lindsey H. helped to coordinate for our group several months in advance. Scheduling was a breeze with her help. Our experience was fabulous and all of our services were incredible. It was the perfect place for our group to connect and rejuvenate! We will be back soon!

This is a lovely spa and my services were excellent, but I’m giving it three stars because I thought the pricing was pretty outrageous. With the included gratuity and taxes my bill for an 80 min massage and a 50 min facial was, wait for it, $450. Yes, $450. I’d need waaaaay more than I received to ever justify a $450 bill. Value is important and I don’t think I could ever justify springing for this place again.

Edit : I recently booked an appointment for a gel polish french manicure and the nail tech, Genevieve, did a phenomenal job! I was so happy with my service overall; and I purchased a natural oils perfume from their products as well. I have been to the Kohler Waters Spa twice now and each time did not disappoint! I love the facility and how clean it is. I have had a mani / pedi as well as tried one of the Hydrotherapy massage services. I love the steam room, sauna, and hot tub too! I will keep coming back here for sure!

I had such a great experience today with, Alex who preformed my Woodsman massage and Anna who gave me a fantastic Ultimate 3D facial.. I highly recommend both services, which I have had before but today was just amazing.. Thank You!!! Also a shout out to Lindsay and Elizabeth :

Not great. My mom and I went before I left for college as a girls trip to get our lashes lifted and tinted. The ladies were nice, but both of our lashes were still straight at the end. I was expecting a lot more from them as the services were $228. not impressed!!

The Spa is fantastic! Hydro pool and the whole experience is so relaxing. Miranda provided a lovely facial experience. Yhe whole staff is v welcoming. Will be back!
