My son 5 just got his first professional haircut ever here with Lexi. She was so great with him and he loved the whole experience!
We always have a great experience here. My son went from screaming for haircuts to absolutely loving them and asking to go. Editing my review: We scheduled online as we are supposed to. We selected a specific person. Made it to the store on time. My son was at the top of the list. The stylist that we had specifically picked took someone else. So our wait went from 2 minutes to 40 minutes. What's the point of checking in online if the list isn't followed?
My fiancé just came in on April 14th 2023 at about 11am. He has a funeral to go to this weekend because his father passed from bone cancer. He came here because he has never had it messed up before because they wrote down what he gets. It’s a 4 on top and a 2 on the sides. A very common style that is not hard to achieve. I have cut it for him 3 times before during quarantine and then when we didn’t wanna spend money to get it done professionally. I have never messed it up as bad as Michelle from Sports clips did today and I’m not a cosmetologist. He is so upset right now because he’s never had his head look this bad. She did it backwards! Who gets their hair longer on the side and shorter on the top? That is ridiculous!! She attempted to fixed it and now he is a clear blonde man with a buzz cut. Which he’s never had since the age of 5! I’m so incredibly upset for him! Now he has to grieve knowing he looks nothing like he did the last time his father saw him and that was important to him. Absolutely will never put trust in them ever again. So sad. Unfortunately, if I could put 0 stars I would.Service: Haircut

Not impressed. unfortunately I got someone who was new. they warned me it would take a bit longer. everyone had to learn. my hair grows fast so if she made a mistake, no big deal. but over an hour and a half for just a men's hair cut is insane. I won't be back
Great. Few more bucks than GC, but definitely worth it. Stylists seem to have more experience, and the overall visit is an experience. Relaxing and professional. Very pleased. Cynthia sp? did a wonderful job. Recommend the app, or check in as wait times are heavier cuz it’s good. Or wait at the door before open.
I had a bad experience at first, but Sports Clips reached out to me quickly to get it fixed. They got me back in right away so they could correct it and they did a great job. I was very happy with the way that they were able to make it right.Service: Haircut
Went to get a haircut at 5 they canceled my appointment and didn’t answer the phone when i called and the doors were locked. It says they didn’t close until seven so I wasn’t sure what the issue was.
We were told 15 minutes, had to put ourselves in their computer system while styles just stared at us After we were in system she told us 45 minute wait. We left and will never be back. If you like to interact with people and care about customer service this is not the place to go.
My brother has autism and can sometimes be worried of haircuts. They always do a great job treating him like an adult man and helping him feel better about his appearance afterwards. I can't say enough good things even though I myself have never had my haircut there
